Blair’s house was beautiful! It was very spacious for all the guests we had. We traveled for my grandmother’s funeral very unexpectedly and some family members and me needed somewhere to stay, I explained to Blair and she was so understanding and compassionate. Beautiful home and very accommodating. Restaurants and stores near by. Walking distance to the beach for a morning coffee to watch the sunrise and sunset.

The property we stayed at consist of three nice sized villas overlooking an amazing view and pool. Very exotic location, with a little river in the back and beautiful lighting. The villas were immaculately designed, and the interiors were impeccable very classy taste was put into this setting. My wife loved the color schemes. The hosts were incredible as well. We will be staying here again in the future! Thank you so much for the great recommendations.

This house is stunning! The detail and care Arturo has put into it is clear - from the artwork to the landscaping to the kitchenware. A great trail behind the house leads to the nature preserve and to a beautiful natural beach where we could run in the mornings or just walk and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Everyone loved the pool - from grandparents to the kids and we made some fun memories. Arturos restaurant recommendations were super helpful.

We had a wonderful experience at Gaia at Palmas del Mar. The house was clean, updated with modern design and comfortable. Our host was proactive and always available if we were in need of anything. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with all the items needed for our stay. The pool was a delight! We cooked on the BBQ grill and enjoyed our meals next to the pool. We definitely will rent Gaia on our next visit to Palmas del Mar.

Enjoyed a 2 week stay recently at this lovely spot. Great 2 bedroom condo overlooking the tennis courts. Second floor with easy entrance and parking for one vehicle. The kitchen was well appointed with good pots and pans and good knives. The balcony is spacious and overlooks a lovely pond with a water fountain. Nice and quiet setting. The beds were very comfortable. The host responded to every question and request almost immediately. Would definitely stay again if returning to Palmas Del Mar.

I rented this place for a romantic getaway with my fiancée. The place is absolutely incredible: the view, the atmosphere, and the accommodations. Everything was perfect. Upon entering the room, a small table with a red balloon that said "I LOVE YOU" and two glasses (a lovely touch) was waiting for us on the bed. We were able to enjoy the sunrise and in the night we sat in the patio to enjoy the sunset (breathtaking). We had a wonderful time; we will definitely return. Roberto is an exceptional host, and his customer service is excellent. Thanks Roberto for providing us the perfect getaway!

The location of this home is special. The outdoor area is where we spent most of our time as a family. We had young children with us - so be aware of the stairs. But the outside pool, basketball court, gazebo and general space to play was such a great experience for us. It also is private with the lush vegetation around the home. Ramon is very quick to respond also.

The house is beautiful and spacious. The kids loved spending time in the pool. The beds were very comfortable. We felt right at home.

Tata's house is equipped with day to day items. from coolers to Bluetooth speakers. The play room for the kids was amazing and kept my little ones occupied whenever we were at home. I will definitely recommend if you are traveling with little ones or grown-ups. The neighborhood is pretty blend and boring but thats the tyoe of neighborhood I wanted, besides that is an amazing house.

Comfortable and homely place to stay. Everything we needed was furnished. Pool and pool area was clean and perfect for spending a lot of time with our two young children. The beach at Punto Santiago was two minutes away, a local store at the end of the street and Walmart is about 10 minutes away. AC worked and water was hot. Host was easy to reach and car parking is secure. We loved our time there and would stay again.

Beautiful and peaceful place in front of the beach. Nicely decorated and have whatever you need to cook, but also walking distance from very nice restaurants… Ember and Vine recommended!

Had a lovely stay at this home. Lots of great restaurants within a 5 minute drive. And the neighborhood and neighbors were amazing

Ramon was wonderful- he even let us check in early. His place is one of the best in the neighborhood. The gate made us feel safe. We rented this house because it was stunning and we had our elderly grandmother (age 91) and 4 kids - ages 7 to 18. 8 people total. The house is spacious and accessible (one story). We needed something to keep them all entertained. The beach was a 2 min walk and an easy peaceful gorgeous FREE NEARBY adventure. The pool is incredible and mangoes were growing from the tree. Grilling outside was awesome . The air conditioners were lovely and everything was perfect!! We had trouble finding a good local spot for a specific Puerto Rican food “alcapurrias” and Ramon got us to the perfect spot ! There’s also a nature reserve in walking distance where you can kayak and explore. Great value for the price. We were able to drive into the city for some jet- snorkeling and a beach tour- had such a blast! Thanks Ramon!

My Dad and I took a trip to Puerto Rico. This was my third visit to the island, and my dad's first. We were looking for a place with a view where we could spend the week relaxing. Paul's place was just that. Located on the second floor with 180-degree views and a breeze from the ocean. There is an empty lot in front, which means unobstructed views. The place is simple, which is all we needed. It was clean and comfortable. Paul was extremely accommodating, even supplying us with chairs, etc, for our days at the beach! The street was one of the quietest that I have stayed. Two blocks over, though, there are kiosks to eat and local bars. We were welcomed by the neighbors with whom we interacted. Some parts of the unit were a bit older, but we appreciated that you could see Paul was actively improving and updating. This is an excellent place if you want to unwind with a rum drink, a view of the ocean, and the sounds of Coqius. It is budget-friendly and comfortable. I could definitely see c
