Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Hrazdan

Our stay at Arsen's place was one of the happiest in our long Airbnb history. I've put all the obvious/objective points in my ratings, but there is another thing on top of and in addition to everything else: the location. It's not bang in the city centre, which we didn't want anyway, and so it was completely quiet and at the same time gave us the opportunity for wonderful evening walks down the Cascade, and views of Ararat are great from this part of the city. So, as on our first trip to Yerevan, we didn't go for a more obvious super central location, and we were that much happier for it. Arsen has been a perfect host throughout our stay and we hope as many people as possible discover this for themselves.

We spent 4 unforgettable days in this home in March 2025 with our whole family — we gathered in Yerevan to celebrate the birthday of our mom, grandmother and wife. There were 9 of us, and everyone was very happy with our stay. Cozy atmosphere, spacious rooms, a view of Mount Ararat, and peaceful surroundings — everything you need for a true getaway. We started each morning with a swim in the pool and a sauna session, despite the chilly weather. Played ball with the kids in the yard, and in the evenings we gathered in the living room as a family — watching movies, playing games, and having heartfelt conversations. During the day, we explored the city easily accessible by quick taxi drive. The kitchen is very convenient and fully equipped — we cooked delicious breakfasts and dinners ourselves. Huge thanks to the caring, hospitable, and attentive host Davit — the house is warm, thoughtfully designed, and truly feels like a family home. We’d certainly love to come back.

We enjoyed a lovely stay at Mountain View. Our host was responsive and welcoming. The information packet about things to do and see in Dilijan area was especially helpful. The house was clean and well-maintained. We appreciated the separate bathrooms on the second floor. The kitchen was well stocked and the kitchen table saw many games of cards :) We had campfires both nights and were glad the garden area had all we needed to be comfortable: chairs, swings, axe, fire pit... Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Our family felt extremely happy! Karen’s Villa is an amazing experience near by the ropeway and town. Super spacious! the living room, the couch is very realxing, the dining table and the kitchen was an absolute assets of this home. the bedrooms! There were morethan enough beds for a big family like us. amd last but not the least. it was amazingly clean! Karen have such an experience on how to accommodate guests like us..we certainly felt home immediately when we entered her villa. Karen and her home truly exceeded pur expectations. very cosy and family friendly. Super highy recommended. we will definitely consider going back again in Tsagkadzor because of her.

Ideal for those who need peace and serenity. The only thing you have to keep in mind until Yerevan is min. 30 minutes by car. Otherwise, a great accommodation! Very clean, large, BBQ, great garden, pool and and and. Everything you need. A true paradise! We felt very cozy with Karen. A huge thank you to the host: always very kind and extremely helpful. Amazing place to stay- great atmosphere and decor. Location was also perfect for us. The host was suoer helpful and flexible with us, available by phone. Also left a very helpful information booklet there. Would recommend and looking forward to staying again next time we are in Yerevan

Really enjoyed my stay in this cozy apartment. Quite spacious, very high-quality renovation, you can see what they did with the soul. Chic furniture, many wardrobes and bedside tables, there is even a dressing room in the bedroom. Wonderful large table in the living room. The kitchen is amazing, there are a lot of cooking tools, beautiful dishes, lots of space. The apartment is perfectly heated in the cold season, there are even heated floors! The apartment has everything you need, including fast internet. The location is good, quite close to the center - 20 min walk or 5-10 min by taxi. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the metro station. Shops, pharmacies, etc. are within a walking distance. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, very quickly resolved all issues that arose. Would recommend! Hope to be back again!

No place is perfect, but this one is pretty close. A great combination of esthetically pleasing laconic interior and cozy home-like atmosphere. Appliances are abundant and working. A decent set of kitchenware is there too. Checking-in and checking-out are both easy and trouble-free. The host is welcoming and polite. Thank you, Arpi!

We arrived to Yerevan for only two days. The location was outstanding, we were already in the middle of everything. It is super comfortable for parents with kids, because our son didn't had to sleep on a sofabed, as usual. The view from all rooms and places was amazing. We liked everything and would everybody recommend to stay with Jeff, who was super friendly and helpful.

This was a great apartment right in the center of Yerevan managed by a great host. The traffic around Tumanyan street can be very noisy and busy but that’s expected from such a central location.

Great place, center location, near everything, stores, museums, cafes. Flat is great - clean, have everything you need to live. Lenajan is a great host.

Very nice place near the city center, the residential complex is very calm and safe. There were available parking spots right in front of the building. The host was very responsive at all times and helped us with everything. Highly recommended!
