Family-friendly vacation rentals in Hrazdan

It is indeed nice and cozy place. Windows are on the west side. Sun lights balcony from 3 pm till sunset at 7pm. Air conditioning works well. Balcony is really spacious. You have everything you need in the apartment. Location is great too. Shopping mall is 100 meters from the building. Fitness center with pool & tennis courts is 10 minutes walk. Though highway is nearby, it is pretty silent in the apartment. No insects, no birds. Great place to stay!

Levon and his wife are absolutely AMAZING! They are the sweetest couple and so welcoming. Their house is a dream house for anyone who likes the traditional Armenian style. In fact, the place is where they both live so its super cosy and you feel totally at home. If you are after luxury, or a super comfortable bed and pillows, this place isn't for you but if you are looking for a place to feel at home, be comfortable, safe, have great hosts and have everything you need + the best location possible in Yerevan, then don't hesitate to book it. The balcony and the view! What can I say - it's almost impossible to find anything like it. Also its important to note we arrived at 5am and Levon greeted us with no problem - he also let me stay in the house until 10pm on my last day rather than midday which was the checkout time. Levon, thank you so much for being such great host. If I come back, which I know I will, I would love to stay at your place again if you let me! Davit and his father Karen were responsive and courteous to our requests. Location was excellent. Overall experience was OK.

Nariné's place was really good ! we were 4, the rooms were good, the appartment had a stunning view on Mount Ararat and really 2 minutes from Cascade. Nariné was also a great host, very helpful and responsive!

Great and spaceous place at super convenient location! It is only few minutes walk to city center. Metro station, grocery store and bakery just across the street. Vardan is a is great host, prompt with communication and ready to help with everything!

We had a great stay! The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. Our hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, especially during check-in — they made everything easy and welcoming. We really appreciated their hospitality and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Excellent panorama view and interior design. One small inconvenience is the absent of shower. Instead there's a jacuzzi which is not good for talking everyday's using.

Our stay was excellent. The location has a few rooms adjacent to each other, but they were perfectly private and we couldn’t hear other guests. Outside the window is a lush green space that leaves you feeling like you are out in nature. The hosts were very attentive and polite. Their art gallery is impressive and it was a joy to have been shown around. The location is perfect and close to the temple and many excellent restaurants. I would say this is the best place to stay and we already want to come and visit again. Also the showers have extra hot water, the kitchen has everything you need and the beds are comfortable.

Thanks to hosts like Arsen that makes ones vacation hassle free and enjoyable.

Lilit is a very reliable and responsive host, and the flat is very neat and comfortable. We had early morning flights outside of check-in/out hours and she was very understanding about it, so we weren’t stuck outside. Would happily stay here again!

Tigran's apartment was like a home away from home - spotless and comfortable. Fully equipped with everything one needs for a their stay. The location of the apartment was very convenient and easily accessible to the city. Tigran was attentive and responsive. I had a wonderful stay!

It has been our third stay at George's apartment in Yerevan and we will definitely return again. Since our last time, the washing machine has been replaced with a new one. The apartment was very clean at our arrival.

First of all, I am thankful to our great host, Armen! He was responsive and helpful all the time. It is located in 2nd floor, however Armen helped us carring our luggage. The location is accessible to all important places you might visit in Yerevan in walkable distance. We had great accommodation all in all. My tip is to watch for the hot water tank in case you need to take shower.

We came in the middle of the night and Arpina was there to greet us. Whenever we needed something she or her mother responded right away. It’s close to corner grocery stores (literally a two minute walk away) and an easy walk to the Rio mall. Is simple to get taxis to the sights like Republic Square and Cascade Complex. We had 14 people (8 adults, 6 children—4 of whom are under 5) stay very comfortably. Only thing to watch out for with children is falling in the pool and if you have really little ones falling down the stairs. We kept careful watch though and everyone enjoyed.

The place is spacious and very well equipped - perfect for a stay with children. Location is vert nice too: Yerevan centre is 15 mins walk, the subway is 5 mins walk. The host - Ara - responds within minutes and everything just works. Thank you Ara - we had a great time at your place!

We had a great time in this lovely and spacious villa! The house is big, clean and equiped with everything you need. Each bedroom has air conditioning and comfortable beds. We had good night rests, although some of us would have peferred darker curtains. Especially the garden is amazing, with different seating possibilities, a pool (not yet accessible during our stay) and beautiful flowers and fruit trees. Guests share the garden (and the entrance hall) with the home owners, which means that renovations/garden work may take place during your stay. The host is very kind and welcoming, will help you with anything and responds to questions within no time. She prepares delicious meals; breakfast, lunch and dinner were all great! We absolutely recommend this house.

first time staying that long in an Airbnb place. first time that I felt like 🏠 home ! Go for it without hesitating.

Gagik was an incredible host from start to finish. He was always simply a call or text away and would message me how his guests are doing, if they need anything extra, a second set of keys, etc. He was an incredible host to my extended family. His house (more like mansion) is absolutely stunning & has insane amenities (tennis court, huge indoor pool, sauna room, steam room, jacuzzi, etc). My family loved coming back to the house and relaxing after a hot day in Yerevan. Thank you so much for making their first visit to Armenia so lovely and memorable.
