Vacation rentals with a patio in Höxter

We spent a weekend here with the family and loved it. We were there with seven adults, one child and our dog. The house is really a dream! It is very nicely decorated and offers many opportunities to sit nicely together (two living rooms and a great conservatory). The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The beds - there are three bedrooms and a living room with sofa bed - are very comfortable. The house is very nicely located directly on the Weser. You can park for free directly in front of the house. The city center of Bad Karlshafen is very quickly accessible on foot. There is also a Netto and two bakers within walking distance. It was special that Eckhard (one of the hosts) welcomed us with coffee and cinnamon rolls at check-in:). We highly recommend the place for a stay

Due to an invitation from the city marketing Holzminden on Sunday, my husband and I spontaneously made an extended weekend out of it and rented us at Anna-and-Swantje. We immediately liked the apartment with its special charm in the middle of Holzminden. We particularly liked the personal key handover by Swantje. We would like to come again for a bike vacation, because this accommodation is ideal for that. We wish Anna-and-Swantje continued success with her rental.

House is beautiful and perfect. Everything is in there, you don't have to bring anything from the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room. Has a large TV and large bed. Care for dog also with such as dog bed, rug, food bowls and cloths. Great stay!

We were very pleased. It was perfect for our stay. We were personally very nicely received and there was even a delicious homemade birthday cake for my son. There was simply nothing missing in the apartment, you have thought of everything. A great recommendation from us

Such a cool space! Perfect combo of historic and modern. The kids loved the loft bedroom. We took a train to Hameln and grabbed a taxi to the house (only $10 euros). Once there, we walked everywhere. You’re a few blocks from the Main Street and square. House was clean and beds comfortable. My only regret is we didn’t stay an hour extra day to relax in the garden/patio.

Great stay – Highly recommended! We had a wonderful stay at this place and highly recommend it! The house is perfectly located – quiet but still central, so you can reach everything you want to see quickly. I especially liked the host's warm hospitality and the many helpful tips for restaurants. Communication was straightforward, and the host was always available to ensure that nothing was missing. Overall, it was a very pleasant and stress-free experience. Would definitely return!

Thank you for the stay. We had a great time. The place was really very cozy and we felt right at home. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not set up, but we still had a nice day in the Weser thermal baths which were only 20 minutes away from the accommodation. We stayed in a women's group to relax and get down for a weekend in Kathrin and Juliet's beautiful house. We especially liked the homely and cozy atmosphere. It was still a little chilly in the house the first evening, but with fireplace and wool blankets, which were also available, we were still able to enjoy our time wonderfully. Kathrin proactively asked if we needed anything and went out of her way to give us a wonderful time. We stayed in beautiful Göttingen and then relaxed in the sauna in the evening. Everything ample, which was described and everything in great shape. Had a great time! Thank you two!

Amazing place! Rather spacious AirBnb with all the right amenities. View is beautiful. Peaceful location. Contact went very smooth as well. Definitely recommend staying here.

Spaceus and very quite appartment. Easy reachable supermarkets. Inside you can find everything you need for everyday life. Big parking. Small river just 10 meters from appartment. Internet can be better. Can reccomend.

Nice, clean and quiet place.

We had a very nice stay in Bad Meinberg. The proximity to the Externsteinen is great, you can do many great hiking trips from here. Heike welcomed us very nicely and the apartment was sparkling clean. Good for three people due to the two bedrooms. We will be happy to come back:)

We felt very comfortable. Could use the oven for a discount of €5 for the wood, which was completely ok for us. Hand soap in the bathroom was the only point I would have to complain about:) Since shower supplies and shampoo were available, that was also not bad. The shutters were also great to be able to sleep longer:)

We had a very good stay at Birgitt’s! We were a family of 2 + 1 year old baby + a dog looking to escape into something quiet and relaxing on New Year’s Eve. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and has everything it needs to make a stay pleasant! The village is very peaceful, green, nice field is nearby to walk the dog. Thank you for the hospitality!
