We had the greatest girls weekend at the Funky house! The house is super quirky, with everything you need for a a fun stay. Would definitely recommend this place! The house itself was spotless, and the hot tub was a great bonus! The hosts were so friendly and responsive, we felt right at home. We will be sure to visit again!

Such a beautiful place, our family loved the tree house, the lake and the boats. The wildlife were amazingly tame. Katherine and Alex were great friendly and communicative hosts. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay for my Husband’s birthday and the property did not disappoint! It was so beautifully decorated and very clean. Laura was also a fantastic host and answered all questions immediately. Thank you so much for giving us such a great weekend and for the extra surprise gift for my husband. We had the best time and will definitely be back soon.

We had a lovely time at Sue’s place. We came on the train - so no car. For us it was a 10-15 minute walk from the station, all very easy. The place is beautiful, a lot of character. Plenty of space for everything you’ll bring. Hot tub was a great addition which we loved using most of the nights we were there. Thanks!

Lucy was immensely helpful and flexible before, during and after our stay which made for a really fuss-free holiday! She really went above and beyond to make life easy for us. the house is great for a group / large family and we really enjoyed playing games in the garden and using the hot tub. Lovely experience!

Went for the hot tub and sauna after the hike, working very well and quiet neighbourhood.

The check in and check out procedures were very easy and all useful information was provided well in advance. It had everything we needed and the hot tub was amazing! Highly recommended for a large group. The only drawback is the lack of parking nearby.

We had such a wonderful experience at this Airbnb! The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly cozy. It’s dog-friendly, which was a huge plus for us, and our pup felt right at home. The hot tub was already warmed up and ready to enjoy as soon as we arrived—such a relaxing treat after a long drive. The host was absolutely lovely and went above and beyond by leaving fresh baked bread, biscuits, granola, milk, and orange juice for us. Those thoughtful touches really made the stay feel extra special. Highly recommend this gem—would definitely stay again!

Frankie and Jonathan kept up informed throughout the build up to our stay. Really friendly hosts you can have a chat with. Frankie came to make sure we had everything we needed on arrival and gave us the lay of the land. The cabin and it's location was just what we wanted for this little break. A Wonderful Stay at Chestnut Meadow – Perfect for Families! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently spent three fantastic days at Chestnut Meadow in Hastings with our grandchildren, and it was an experience we’ll all cherish for a long time. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how beautifully maintained and welcoming the park was. The grounds are immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out—ideal for families looking for both relaxation and adventure. The setting is peaceful, surrounded by nature, yet just a short drive from the seaside and the many attractions Hastings has to offer. The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The children had plenty of room to play safely, and they absolutely loved the open spaces and the freedom to explore. There’s a real sense of community and calm throughout the site, which made it easy to unwind. We loved spending time outdoors, seeing the grandchildren so happy and content made it even more special. Thank you.

Vicy's place was lovely. It had everything we could need. You can tell, alot of thought had gone into the cabin to help guests to feel at home. Everything worked and was clean. There was fresh milk, a bottle of water & even wine in the (nicely sized) refrigerator. Snacks had been left for us, fresh eggs and the coffee machine had been filled. The view from the deck is just stunning and there are some lovely routes to walk through, lush green surroundings in every direction. Thankyou all at Turtle farm for our lovely stay. We would definitely enjoy a return visit in the future!

We had a lovely stay from the moment we arrived till the minute we reluctantly left. The family at the farm were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We loved seeing the animals and learning all about the farm. It’s very peaceful and set in a beautiful surrounding and the accomodation was great. Beds were comfortable, the shower was fab and the hot tub very nice for an early morning and evening dip! We will definitely return ….

Edd’s cabin is pure off grid luxury! If you need to get away from the rat race - this cabin certainly promises quiet, calm & not another sole in sight! Phone signal was sporadic which surprisingly we enjoyed & embraced, allowing us to connect around the fire pit enjoying the wine that Edd had left at the cabin for us on arrival!

Such a relaxing and beautiful stay! The lodge is perfect for a relaxing getaway and the farm and surrounding areas were lovely! The hot tub with views of the lake was beautiful and could not have asked for a better stay! Definitely want to return!

We loved our stay at Pancake Lodge, beautiful views, immaculate lodge, hot tub was a very good quality one, outdoor dining area was unique and creatively made, all amenities needed and clear communication throughout. Kari also was kind enough to add a birthday banner for us before arrival and helped plan for a later check in putting on some lights warmth etc. Very thoughtful extra touches were appreciated. Would highly recommend and will return.
