Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Houyet

We very much enjoyed our stay at Maison de Charme in the Ardennes. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Patrick, and there was even a nice soup ready in the fridge. The accommodation is cozy and nicely furnished. Good hygiene also helps you feel right at home. There is a lovely (well enclosed) garden where you can sit, and have plenty of space to play with the dog. You can easily park the car in front of the house. The area around the accommodation is beautiful, a few meters from the door you can follow several hiking trails. Hike 1 (Lavacherie-Bonne-Dame) along the viewpoint is highly recommended! All in all, had a wonderful vacation and we would love to come back!

Great location. Very close to restaurant and river front. Lots of places close by to visit. I stayed with my family including my two kids. Givet is closeby to Dinant, so we also visited Dinant and had dinner back in Givet.

Cozy weekend spent in the house, with children and grandchild, despite the somewhat inclement weather. Comfortable lodging with cozy pellet stove. Good beds that were neatly made (also the baby cot). Everything went as agreed. Very friendly welcome! :-) When the baby is older, we may come to test the swing and slide in the garden...

We spent a cozy long weekend in this beautiful chalet. The owners are always available and respond quickly to our questions. We definitely want to come back :)

We had a very nice stay. Communication was good and clear. Cottage is large, everything to your liking. Beautiful environment, peace and private. We also got tips for the surroundings we used in advance. Recommended!!! Thanks again, we enjoyed 😊

The swimming pool is beautiful, the whole house is large, spacious and beautiful, definitely recommended, it is located in a private environment, will not be my last time

We enjoyed the landscape and the area (always beautiful). Despite the mixed weather when we arrived, we had 2 extra days!!! The added touch was that the accommodation was heated before our arrival (nice touch by Barbara) given the weather.

The stay at Nathalie's was very pleasant. We were there with seven guys and really enjoyed our time. The pool was great, but unfortunately the weather wasn’t good enough to make full use of it. Nathalie was a great and very friendly host. She gave us tips about the surrounding area, and communication was excellent. The accommodation is highly recommended.

It was such a nice house, I went with friends and it was a nice place to relax and easy to walk to the town.

It is a large house in a quiet town in the Ardennes. The garden is a fantastic place to spend your time when the weather is nice. In the shed there is a great bbq set, which we put to good use. Communication went smooth through Jenny, and Joseph the owner was very friendly when welcoming us. Even though he only speaks French, he managed give us a great tour of the house.

Very nice stay as a couple with our dog. Everything was great and Arnaud explained everything to us proactively. Beautiful view and great for dogs. However, I mention that the garden fence is good except for the bottom part that overlooks a meadow with horses: our dog was able to pass and took a little walk in the meadow. Fortunately, he has a good memory :) Big thanks for this stay!

Had a brilliant time here, beautiful house and garden. Swimming pool & hot tub were a great addition. Perfect break for the two of us and Frédéric was the perfect host. Would highly recommend!

Lovely cottage in a lovely location. Due to the location, you can have breakfast between the tree(summits). We had a wonderful week there. Beautiful terrace with good furniture. Modern furnishings, although the sofa is a bit soft. Bathroom and kitchen are neat. The A cottages have very steep stairs so take care of them really well. Stair gate available. Floor requires some maintenance (comes up). From the cottage you walk in 2.5 km to downtown Durbuy for an ice cream, mini golf, lunch at Sept or good coffee at the Garden Café. Bakery within walking distance 1.5 km, but then you walk along a dangerous road. Various facilities on the park that also make it fun for children (playgrounds, one of which is right behind the cottage; indoor swimming pool with sunbathing area, etc.). There is also a restaurant with a nice menu, friendly staff (also at the reception!) and they organized the week that we were there (quiet) live music. Charging points for EV (piece or 8) under construction and they will open soon.

Serge is a kind, helpful and genial host. The apartment was just as described, with a lovely quiet garden for relaxing. About 15 minutes walk to centre of Dinant and there is an electric scooter pick up at the apartment. If we return to Dinant, we would have no hesitation going back to this apartment.

Wonderful stay! Pretty and large loft, very peaceful and relaxing area. The host gives the perfect directions for access to the accommodation and for the course of the stay. Gives good tips for nearby businesses. Just great. Best regards Nicolas GINES

We were there with 6 adults and 3 small children for 5 days and celebrated a wonderful birthday there. A great house, superbly equipped in the kitchen area. Unfortunately, there was only 1 crib and 1 high chair, maybe you could be a little more flexible! And the discussion with the size of the duvet covers and sheets and renting the bed linen when using a double bed as a single person (here you have to book the bed linen for 2 people!) is probably very narrow-minded with such a great house and the price. But otherwise a very quiet location with a wonderful view, a fantastic hot tub, which you have to heat up early enough and a billiard room complete this exclusive house very well! We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was great and the garden even better. Bbq worked very well and we could kayak and mountainbike in the area. Would recommend!

We have enjoyed our stay in this beautiful tree house very much. The tranquility comes over you immediately when you get out of the car and the birds sing to you. The cabin is cozy, modern, clean and cozy, and the surroundings made it possible to take a nice long walk. All in all a 10/10!

Very nice stay, very welcoming and very responsive host. Clean and warm accommodation with a super nice outdoor area, possibility to barbecue, all the equipment on site. I would highly recommend staying.
