Clean and quiet place to stay. The location was excellent - close to a metro step and walking distance to a busy part of town. Mercedes was also an extremely friendly and helpful host. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here!

I rented this room for my daughter for 3 nights. Great hosts, very kind and responsive! The room and bathroom were very comfortable and super clean. They were very sweet and comprehensive, when I asked for dietary restrictions, they offered a nice breakfast. Very good price-quality in a lively neighbourhood close to Lavapiés metro and bars/restaurants. I would definitely recommend! Thanks a lot for your careful hospitality, Edgar and Aureo!

Small cute apartment. Cozy and homey feeling. Everything is sparkling clean. About 5 minutes walk from the metro station. Not far from major highways with shops , options to eat and shopping useful. Not a fancy area but quiet and without much traffic of vehicles.

An unbeatable stay in Madrid! There are several places, restaurants, and shops around. The metro station is just a minute away, and connects directly to the city center. I slept wonderfully, the bed is super comfortable, everything is perfectly clean and it is a quiet area without much noise. I really felt right at home. Áureo in particular is a great host. Enjoying a good chat, a delicious breakfast and your morning coffee is the best. Thank you very much for everything and thanks also to the beautiful little dog Peter. Hope to have the opportunity to stay with you again.

A perfect apartment, with everything you need to stay in Madrid. The metro station is very close and there are grocery stores, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Also to be appreciated is the beautiful park with a bike path, which is also illuminated at night. Impeccable availability of hosts. If I go back to Madrid, I would definitely choose this place again.

This apartment was perfect for my travels. It’s across the street from the expansive park, which I walked through daily to get to all destinations. The apartment itself is set back from the street and is so quiet. The cats in the courtyard are an added treat. The modern amenities of the dishwasher, clothes washer, and central heating made for a very comfortable trip. The host and his daughter, who met me, are very kind and responsive. I would highly recommend and will stay here again if I come back.

Easy check in and right in the center of Madrid! Also just steps away from train station. Easy access to everything

Wow! Juan Antonio tracked our flight and saw we were delayed and accommodated us upon arrival. He graciously walked through the house and functions, shared tips on museums, recommended great running trails, and left a lovely continental breakfast for us. We were a group of four adults and four teens and the space was perfect (no kids had to share beds!) there were plenty of linens, and the living room set up allowed for kids to play games while adults chatted, and the shower water pressure was fantastic. You are steps from Plaza de Espana and Temple Debod and less than 10 minutes walking to the palace. The area had tons of dining options and felt incredibly safe.

Lucia has been an extremely responsive and flexible host. She is really trying to do her best in order to ensure her guests have a great time. The flat is more than well equipped and very clean. The position of the apartment is quite central and all sightseeing is easy. We will definitely come back to it and spread the word to our friends.

Booked last minute due to a change in my schedule. Super easy to book and communication with the team was excellent. Very responsive and extremely flexible made this trip so easy and stress free. Highly recommended and the place is beautiful and in an ideal part of the city!

We had a great stay at this place in the heart of Madrid. It was located near all the major attractions/sights and tons of restaurants. The place itself was comfortable and had plenty of beds for the four of us. Don’t miss out on the rooftop view! Frederic was very proactive in communicating all of the check-in instructions, which were easy to follow. He also sent great local recommendations for restaurants and things to do. I would definitely stay there again!

Rosa is an excellent host and a wonderful person. The room was modern, tidy and clean with tasteful decor. The window looks out to a football field, which was a lovely bonus to listen to the players (if you’re into it). In the morning Rosa prepared breakfast, which was a lovely gesture. Overall very satisfied with the stay, I highly recommend staying here.

A very pleasant accommodation, the apartment was great, clean, and well-connected to public transport. Rocio was a fantastic host, and her company was very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this accommodation. There are many restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores in the area—whatever you need is within easy reach.

He goes to great lengths to ensure you are always comfortable and well-taken care of - from his meticulously prepared breakfast, helping out with your laundry, to providing amazing recommendations of places to visit (not the obvious tourist traps!). It was my 1st time visiting Madrid and truly felt at home staying here. Already looking forward to my next visit!

I am so happy that I could stay at Patricias house again :). It was the fourth time in Torrelodones for me. Patricia and Jose Luis where so kind and I had a wonderfull time with them. All became so familiar now. We hat breakfast and dinner together and I was allowed to swim in the pool of the neighbourhood :). We also went for a walk with the two dogs together. I can really recommend to stay with Patricia and I am really happy to come back in October :) Best regards Sonja
