Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Hortaleza

We appreciated the personal touch, especially during check in (you met us personally and went out of your way to show us around the house and to give us friendly tips and recommendations). The location is great, a walking distance to many attractions in Madrid! The house is safe and kid friendly :-) We would recommend your home to everyone!

Everything was perfect from the moment I checked in. Alejandro was incredibly helpful, he answered all of my questions and made sure I was connected to the WiFi right away. There was some noise from a neighboring apartment undergoing renovations, but as soon as I informed Gabriel and Lily, they responded immediately. They offered to move me to a different apartment or refund 50% of my stay if I chose to remain. Their promptness and care made me feel truly valued and comfortable throughout my visit. I was also pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful details—there was coffee, sugar, salt, paper towels, and napkins already provided. It’s those small touches that really make a difference. Thank you Gabriel, Lily and Alejandro. I will definitely stay in one of your properties my next time in Madrid.

Wonderful duplex, very well decorated and comfortable, perfect for a pleasant stay. Small downside: the heater was not working properly upstairs, especially in the double bedroom, and it took a long time for the water in the shower to heat up. Providing a vacuum cleaner would also be a plus. Despite these little details, we had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment.

Great apartment in a great neighborhood. Close to the metro and supermarket while maintaining a quiet, neighborhood feel. Lots of great cafes and shops everywhere.

Great place. Has a really nice park outside that's right next to the royal palace. Amenities are very modern though a bit hard to learn to use at first :)) but we really enjoyed the overall stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Easy access to the train station, tourist highlights, and public transportation. The sofa bed was more comfortable than expected. Thanks!

The home is located in a very central place. There were a lot of amenities such as nice restaurants, markets, parks on the street that were very close. The house was quite spacious. Our host responded quickly and positively to every question.

We didn't stay long, but I recommend it. Clean, tidy, … a very pleasant stay. Oscar was always very helpful. Thank you so much.

A lovely place to stay with a very friendly, responsive host. The house was beautiful and suited our needs perfecty. Each room had an ensuite and air conditioning which made our stay comfortable. The house was a 20 minute drive from Madrid city centre but Uber rides were readily available. However, it was approximately 20 euros per trip. The outdoor space was very private and was the real selling point of the house. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend!

Perfect host and nice place plus quiet and comfortable house.

The stay was incredible, upon arriving Violeta greeted us in an incredible way trying to help us in as much as possible, recommending where to go, what places to visit, what to do, etc. It was a different weekend that we would totally repeat without hesitation.

Miguel’s place is close to La Latina area which we walked to twice. Close to bars, coffee shops, shopping. Short uber to Plaza Mayor or Isabell II as well. River close by with walking trails. Lots of activities in the neighborhood till about 23:00. Lots of space with several bedrooms and could not have ask for a more helpful host. Bill G Overland Park, Kansas

Francisco and Kenya were excellent hosts and the house was lovely. Exactly like the pictures. We got a lovely welcome and they provided juice and croissants for breakfast which I thought was a nice touch. The accommodation is a bit far from the city on public transport however we used ubers all weekend and it only took 20 minutes to get in and it wasn't that expensive for the ubers. There is also nice restaurants beside the accommodation if you didn't want to go into the city. I would highly recommend this accommodation for anyone staying in Madrid.

We had a fantastic stay at Alvaro's apartment! Having lived in Madrid a couple years beforehand, it was great to come back to the city and stay in such a fab location. Everything was walkable and the position of the apartment had some great food spots nearby. When in the apartment it was very peaceful and light and beautifully decorated. Nieves met us on arrival and showed us into the apartment so check-in couldn't have been easier. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed John’s Airbnb - it was comfortable and roomy. It is situated in an area close too many shops, restaurants and local sites. Any questions we had were answered promptly.

Great apartment right opposite Mercado San Miguel and Plaza Mayor. Could do with salt and paper and oil etc but everything else was there. Great spot to explore Madrid from

Place was exactly as pictured, the location was amazing and the balcony was perfect. You are literally in the middle of everything which made it easy to explore. The apartment can accommodate 4 people comfortably with their own private spaces. Everything was clean and organized. I messed up and didn’t know how to get in, but Milli was amazing at responding quickly. Thank you for your hospitality!

The stay at Nuria’s apartment was great! A great neighbourhood, very close to everything you need when going to Madrid - and if you want to stay in the center of the city and want a quiet night to sleep - this is the place! Nuria was a lovely host, made sure our stay with our 2 mont old baby was flawless. Thank you 🙏

Communication with Ana was always assertive, the apartment is nice and has everything you might need, very conveniently located, you can do everything on foot. It was a pleasant experience to arrive with Ana and Miguel, I would come back.

This is an accesible place. The apt has a washer, kitchen, blow dryer and a/c. It is a few blocks away from Plaza Mayor and many other tourist places. Definitely recommend this place.

Martin was absolutely fantastic! He did an early check in for us and went out of his way to make us feel right at home. He had shared a contact with us who gave us excellent suggestions and proactively did things to make us comfortable, especially with us having the baby. 10/10 and 100% recommended!
