Excellent facilities and surroundings. Very good transport links. Beautifully maintained and furnished house. Helpful host.

We felt welcomed from the moment we stepped into the cozy cottage. Easy access to the train and could never hear it! Enjoyed the walk to the bakery, cheese shop and butcher for our family meals. Incredibly easy access to all the places by train.

Our stay was a pleasant stay. We were with 4 adults. Ideal because there were 2 floors with 2 bathrooms etc. All amenities were provided. Coffee, tea, spa in the fridge Etc. Pleasant beds. Very neat bathrooms. And then the breakfast. We can only say one thing about it. Most hotels can learn from this. Just a lot of fresh and tasty. In short, a very strong recommendation as far as we are concerned. Maybe we'll come back

Lovely stay in a beautiful location with easy access to Amsterdam using public transport. Very helpful hosts with frequent communication answering any questions and even booking dinner on our behalf. Highly recommended!

What a gorgeous, well appointed house. There was a supermarket nearby and bus stop to get into the centre of Haarlem which was beautiful and very interesting with so many things to see and do. Hosts were very welcoming, wine, waffles and chocolate on arrival! Wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you for a wonderful weekend break.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very cozy and comfortable, and was well equipped with all of the amenities we were looking for. Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful for anything that we needed. In particular, the black out shades in the bedroom helped us get a great night's sleep every night. The location was superb, great restaurants and grocery stores were right outside of our door. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Debbie is a fantastic host! She was lovely to interact with, very proactive, gave lots of recommendations, was very welcoming at check in, flexible with times, responsive to questions, and kind. The apartment is lovely, great view of the river, and close to public transport. Highly recommended!!

Very clean. Great location.

We had a delightful 5 night stay at Diana's home. First, the apartment: It was very clean and had all of the amenities that you would find in your own home (even a hairdryer!). The photos are accurate although they don't show how large the living room actually is and so that was a nice surprise. The kitchen was great with a large refrigerator/freezer and had gas cooking. Loved the shower for its' ample water pressure and spacious layout. The bed was very comfortable. The in unit washer and dryer were easy to operate. Ideally located: Around the corner from the subway and a couple of blocks from the tram. From Amsterdam airport the apartment is just a few stops south (3 or 4) on the M52 subway. We bought a multi-day unlimited GVB pass for the subway & trams. Super easy to buy online and use. Diana's place is in a very walkable area by the open air market, restaurants and museums. You must try the truffle pizza @ L'Antica Pizzeria Da Michele around the corner. Book and Enjoy!!

We had a very nice stay at Ivar's apartment ☺️ You have to be a little careful with the stairs to the apartment. Since there is only a railing on one side. But this is just a small hint. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. Communication with Ivar was quick and hassle-free. Kindly, we were even allowed to check out a little later ☺️

It was an incredible stay, dead center between Amsterdam Centraal and Amsterdam Zuid stations. 5ish minute walk from Tram and Metro, beautiful canal views, and the restaurant Red next door is incredibly good. Can’t recommend it enough.

Nice and cozy apartment just between the Pijp and the RAI centre. Ideal for Business or concress meetings but also for holidays. Amazing rooftop!

Hayko and Nerys are great hosts! Very communicative and helpful. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood. The surrounding construction is NOT a bother and noise from it does not reach the apartment. The apartment is amazing - well appointed, clean, and functional. We enjoyed relaxing in the apartment after a long day of sightseeing and we made a number of our own meals in the kitchen. Plenty of pots and pans, cooking utensils, etc. The Nespresso works well, as well as the hot water kettle. Most of Amsterdam is very easy to access from this apartment. The tram is the easiest - no tickets, just use your credit card or Apple/Google pay to get on/off. Same with the buses, but they run less frequently. The 1e Coehoornstraat Tram Stop (#7 line) is an easy 5 minute walk from the apartment. There are 2 grocery stores also about a 5 minute walk, Albert Heijn and Odin (health food store). Highly recommend staying here, for the apartment and the vibe. Thank you Hayko and Nerys!

The apartment is super cozy and very nicely furnished. There is everything you need. The location is ideal. You can walk to downtown in 5 minutes. Still quiet. Communication with Majsa was great. As a welcome there was a bottle of wine and something to nibble on. It was beautiful all around. We definitely want to come back! Thanks very much.

The apartment is very bright, clean, and close to the beach. It has all the necessary amenities for a family. For kids, many games and toys are available. Henk is a very responsive and helpful host. We recommend this apartment.

My two friends and I had a wonderful stay at Sleeping at Jacob's while we were in Amsterdam on a girls trip. The apartment is in a fabulous quiet residential neighborhood close to Vondelpark, great coffee places, bars, and lovely restaurants. We appreciated the waters and chocolates upon our arrival. Each of us had our own rooms (very comfortable beds), and we enjoyed hanging out in the evenings in the living room on the couches and looking out the huge windows for a view of the canal. The location was so convenient that we walked to almost everything that we wanted to do - Anne Frank house, museum district, Albert Cuyp market, Nine Streets, etc. As previous guests have stated, the steps to the apartment are steep, but very manageable with the hand railings. It felt very traditional Dutch and European. Niels and Joze were great hosts and communicators with quick responses to our questions. Highly recommend this apartment!

Spent a few days there. Very cute apartment and the host Ewout is super friendly and helpful. He responded to all my text messages and provided tips and suggestions for the area. The apartment is as described - it is a third floor walk up. The steps are narrow and steep so keep your luggage to a minimum. There are great shops and restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this listing.
