Very satisfied with this homestay experience, Harry's house is so excellent, two floors above and below, the rest and leisure space is separated, equipped with projection and sound, and the lighting design in the house is also very cozy.The house itself is a very traditional Japanese house with a refined little yard, at the same time it is conveniently equipped with a very modern home appliance system. Harry is very nice, he came to the bus station to pick us up, and also recommended very authentic daily materials, and I will come to Kyoto again next time I come to Kyoto!

My friends and I really enjoyed staying at Sachi’s place. It was clean, in a good location, and nice. Sachi was incredibly easy to communicate with - she responded quickly and was an excellent host. When we had a problem come up, she was quick to assist us - she was very helpful and gracious.

The host seems to be strict about the rules. We had to find it from the climate station, and it's too much to walk from the station to the accommodation. Pickup depends on the number of people, and if you don't check in by 8pm, you will be notified that you will be treated as a no-show, or you will be asked to think about whether copying the passports of all 6 people is not excessive personal information collection. The room is clean and it's a beautiful house where you can hear the sound of frogs. If you see the host's face in person, he is a very friendly person. I think it's a good choice if you're traveling to Japan.

Ume’s place was exactly what I was looking for: a place that’s close to kamogawa for my morning run, and a comfortable house with all the amenities and a kitchen for us to cook in. Another point is that there is one toilet on the second floor and one downstairs so it was perfect for my mother. She’s glad that she didn’t have to go downstairs for the loo in the middle of the night. The host May welcomed us at the house and chatted with us about her story, which was also quite nice for my mom to experience something unique to Airbnb compared to a hotel room.

We had a pleasant time during our stay, and there was nothing inconvenient. There was an audio room and a theater room, which I was looking forward to, but unfortunately I couldn't use them because I didn't have much time to relax in the room due to the long hours I was out. I was almost always in the kitchen except when I was sleeping, but I had a relaxing time forgetting about time by looking at the courtyard and looking around the room. I was glad that every room was well-lit, fully equipped, and that I could adjust it to my liking and relax.
