Beachfront vacation rentals in Honshu

My partner and I spent a lovely couple of nights with our dog. The place itself is tucked away on a hill, surrounded by trees, with a slight view of the sea from the main living area. It makes for a very peaceful and relaxing weekend getaway from busy Tokyo. The home itself is fully stocked with anything you could need. It has a very interesting design with several levels, making for an interesting layout. The outdoor space is great, including the BBQ and hot tub. The only feature we did not get a chance to use (due to the warmer season) is the fireplace. We look forward to coming back and experiencing the fireplace as well. Akiko was a fantastic host, proactively ensuring that we had everything we needed. Thank you Akiko for hosting us!

Very comfortable. Good ventilation with windows with screens. Excellent bath. Good cooking facilities. Short walk from train station and to beach. A delightful apartment with a lofted sleeping room. Clean and cozy. Would return without hesitation.

We used it as a group of nine, including children.Unfortunately, it was raining and I was having trouble getting to the accommodation, but I was very grateful for the early check-in!! It was really spacious and my 3-year-old was also very happy.We looked around a lot of rooms and played hide and seek, and had a great time!! The living room has plenty of chairs, so even if you visit with a large group, there is no problem finding a place to sit.The sea was right there and we enjoyed fishing!(I caught about 8 fish, including small ones◎) It was also equipped with a dishwasher and dryer, so washing the dishes in the house rules was easy.There is no wrap or aluminum foil, so it may be useful to bring it.The rain stopped in the evening, and the next day, until check-out, the kids were able to play on the playground in the garden, and I think it's a great place for kids.Also, it was very helpful that I noticed I had left something behind right away and was able to go back and get it!! Thank you so much for letting me stay in such a lovely place!! I definitely want to stay again.

Communication with the owner was smooth, the room was clean, the view was good, and I had a comfortable stay.

There was a large yard as pictured, and it felt like even a large dog could run around, and it seemed very fun.There was also a dog pool outside, and the dog seemed to like it and was playing happily. We had a very relaxing time.

Cross the road and you'll find Lake Biwa!It's the best location There are plenty of rooms and beds, so I think it's best for about 3 families There is only one bath, so if you have a large family, I think it would be a good idea to plan a nearby hot spring from the start There are quite a few amenities, seasonings, etc. If you check in advance, they will be kind and accommodating. I had a really pleasant time

I didn't use the tennis court, the indoor sauna, but there was a jacuzzi pool, and I enjoyed it. I turned on a pot for meals. The fish were the first to go and it was very delicious. There were noodles and rice, so I made noodles at night and cooked in the morning.It's a good idea to bring sansho hot oil and other flavors.

When I entered the room first, I was impressed by the beautiful sea from the window!During my stay, I was able to spend quietly in a stylish room in the red tones of my favorite color.I took pictures and sketches while looking out the window. It was very quiet at night, so I had enough sleep.The next day it was relatively warm, so I had breakfast on the balcony.This was awesome. There was a pine forest in front of the condo and beautiful flowers were in bloom and we walked around with cameras.We had a very precious time.Thank you!

I stayed at Yoshi's place for the last leg of my journey. I will start off by saying, if you are a tourist, this area is NOT Tokyo and it is difficult to navigate around here as most things are not in English. However, Yoshi was very patient and responsive and helped me get to where I needed to go. Once I arrived he quickly accommodated me and I got settled in. The place is very beautiful and tranquil, right by the water. In the morning, I got to witness why they call it land of the rising sun, and see one of the most beautiful sunrises. The place had everything I needed. Upon check out, Yoshi helped me navigate to the train station and was very patient with my questions. Therefore, I highly recommend staying.

The house is spacious, beautiful, clean and cozy, and the location is incredible. I would highly recommend staying here, as it is good value for money as well!

We came with 5 adults and 2 cars. The location was easy to understand as pictured, and the interior was clean and stylish, so we had a very pleasant stay. There is also a convenience store and pharmacy nearby, making it convenient! I'd love to stay again if I get the chance!

It was a cottage with a great view in a great location. I was surprised by the heat retention of the firewood bath using natural water. We had a great time and the owner was very kind. Thank you very much.

Overall, it was a wonderful and pleasant stay. Good It was very spacious, everything was stylish and clean, and I had a pleasant stay. It was full of drafts, but it was comfortable and not cold. The library space was also interesting. We also enjoyed the sauna. The sauna is a separate fee and you have to pay by bank transfer, and it doesn't accept credit card payments, so it would be even more appreciated if it were included in the listing price from the start… There were also delicious restaurants and takeout meals around the house, and the location was also great because you can take a walk right by Morito Shrine. The information about the neighborhood and the details of the house were sent in a detailed list in advance, which was very helpful and quite a reference. Disadvantages The road in front of the house was very narrow, so it was a little inconvenient to use a car.If you're not confident driving, you might want to use the nearby coin-operated parking lot. It was good because I was able to relax in the room. · In the listing description, it says that the BBQ set is available for free, but when I wanted to borrow it, I was disappointed that it was now available for a fee.We offered to do it for free, but for some reason we were unable to use it. For 2 nights and 3 days, the amount of amenities was less than expected for the number of people, and there was not much toilet paper, so I was a little worried that we would run out. I heard about the auto-lock, but when I contacted them because I was having trouble with the lock not working, they said there was a connection failure.I thought it would be helpful if you could tell me in advance.

A beautiful place with beautiful view of the ocean, beach, and Mt Fuji. Quick walking distance to the beach.

It has all the amenities and there are good restaurants within walking distance.
