Extremely cost-effective!It's one of the most satisfying accommodations for all of my trips! After initially booking, it was found that the property was also more concerned about the noise and smell next to Kuromon market, and actually no worries at all!Although it is only a 30-second walk from Kuromon Market, it is not noisy at all.You can go out every day and make a blood first, a 2-minute walk from Nipponbashi subway station, Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, Namba, and other famous attractions can be placed directly into the evening because you can walk there in about 10 minutes.The space of the room was also quite a bit wider than the photos initially seen and the equipment was very clean and not old.Couldn't recommend it more!

We stayed as a group of four families in the nursery school for a stay.The children were very excited about the two beds.I ate dinner in the kitchen, but usually guests don't use the kitchen and dishes?It was not enough for a large group, so if you are staying or cooking with a large group, I think you should bring additional paper plates, etc.There was a suspicion that I lost a lot of things just before checking out, but the cleaning staff was also happy to find it, which was helpful.We may use it when we have a party with the same members again.Thanks in advance!

It's quiet and close to the downtown area. There's a veranda, so it's well ventilated and uncomfortable.

Great experience overall. The apartment was just like the description. Walking distance to many restaurants, convenience stores and shopping malls. Also walking distance to Peace memorial park and museum.

Conveniently located near komagome station. Max gave clear check-in instructions and a helpful guide on how to reach the airbnb. Note that the staircase to reach the basement bedroom area is quite steep. Overall, still a value-for-money airbnb given the location.

Good Apartment, small, but good layout. In excellent area with lots of restaurants and shopping. Very central to other parts of Kyoto, just a few blocks from Subway Station with two lines. Kitchen very small and sparsely appointed, but it works. Definitely worth the price.

Aloha from Hawaii!. We had a most incredible experience at Slopeside, with invaluable assistance from the wonderful staff. Lianne and Sam: a sincere thank you for the local knowledge and hospitality. Reo and Aki (55 Powders Rental): the snowboarding equipment was top notch and we put it to good use on the slopes. Reo's online snowboarding videos are also great! Finally, our snowboarding instructor Taki was excellent and patient with both of our kids. They will never forget their first snowboarding trip and will miss their snowman and igloo.

Amazing house, probably one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Loved the heated floors. Beautiful location. A walk to the ski hill. Great host too, so helpful and responded to all my questions so quickly!

This is definitely going to be our go to place to stay whenever we visit Tokyo. Great location, not to far from the station, surrounded by a convenience store such as Seven Eleven, Family Mart and also small restaurant. The most important thing is Kelly as a host is extremely helpful, responsive and even give us a local recommendation whic really help. The place it self just like what you’re see in the picture.

Accommodation in a quiet and peaceful area. A 24-hour convenience store is right next door. 15 min walk to Kyoto Station. They took care of dropping off our suitcases directly from the reception to the room, really great!

Great place and great host. Would definitely stay here for anyone wanting to go to Tokyo Disney by taxi. Exceeded my expectations and were understanding when I had to check out later than usual.

It is an easy place to get to. The instructions on how to get there are very simple. The room for 1 person is small as shown but I found it very comfortable. Everything super clean. They were also very kind to receive my luggage before my arrival and when I consulted them they let me know when it arrived and sent a photo that my backpack was already in the room. The area is convenient for being close to transport.

The host was very nice and responsive before and during the stay. The facilities are very complete, toiletries are not to mention, the lobby also provides free straws, paper cups, etc., as well as public umbrellas, microwave ovens, weight scales, etc., which can be said to be very considerate for guests. The rooms are clean and not too small, and the stay is comfortable.Private bathroom with windows, this price is very good value in Osaka. Although it is on the second floor, close to the street, it is very quiet at night.Surrounding supermarkets, convenience stores, Matsuya, etc., everything is convenient for shopping and eating. In terms of transportation, several MRT stations and Hankyu stations are all close, which is good for tourists.Nearby is the Tianhe Temple and the Osaka City Art Museum. The location is very convenient, you can see Tsutenkaku when you walk out of the hotel, and there are subways and supermarkets nearby. The room is clean, spacious and comfortable, and long-term guests don't have to worry about running out of clothes to wash, there is a laundromat downstairs until midnight!

Minami’s place is super excellent, especially if you’re a frequent traveler who’s simply looking for a comfy room to stay that has all the necessities. Not only is it very close to different train stations and is accessible if you’re taking the train from the airport, but it is also conveniently located in an area that features shopping (the Akihabara/electric-town staple stores are literally within walking distance) and food adventuring (there are dozens of fine dining around that are minutes away). Highly recommended for solo travelers and couples who don’t mind tight spaces. Minami is also an excellent host and will respond to your inquiries ASAP. I will definitely go back here the next time I visit Tokyo. Thank you again, Minami-san :)
