What a great B&B! Beautiful, clean and everything was above and beyond expected. The hot tub was ready to use and clear instructions were provided. Check in was easy and the location was great.

Absolutely stunning spot, even better than the pictures. All of the house plants add a very whimsical vibe. Beautiful patio, spacious yard with the river running through the back, hot tub and sauna were phenomenal.

Wow. First airbnb experience and it was fabulous. Heat wasn't working so messaged host, they were there right away and spent over an hour in the rain and wind fixing it. They even gave us a bottle of wine! We did leave ice cream in the freezer that we hope someone will enjoy, as it would have melted in our car. Great location as base to day trip the Avalon. Accurate detail on description and pictures. Thanks for a great experience

I booked this place for a family getaway. I was not disappointed!!! The house was immaculate & cozy, the service was excellent & t everyone loved it there, even watched the hockey game on the iPad in the hot tub (didn’t want to get out). Would definitely recommend
