Loved the beautiful quaint home. It was a pleasure to stay here and feel a part of rural Newfoundland. I especially loved the husky next door who came to hang out on the deck

Very beautiful quaint quiet place to stay in a remote neighbourhood of Elliston. The local people are lovely when you see someone. Like others have said, I wish there was more furniture outside to enjoy the beautiful outdoor views and wish the surrounding area was a bit more maintained so that we could walk a bit closer to the rocks, but I understand this may be for safety. Accommodations were simple but clean. My only suggestion is to have things to do inside (like games, books, etc) in the event there is bad weather, especially if you have kids. Otherwise, we had everything we needed. Ken was lovely to deal with and very responsive. Like described in the details, phone connectivity is very spotty but not just at the house, in the general area until about Bonavista.

Great little apartment we will return to. The place is even cozier than the photos suggest. I especially enjoyed the window bench with ocean views! Walkable to supermarket and all the little stores and restaurants.

We loved our stay here! Immediately upon walking in, you’re greeted with a lovely scent and cute, cozy decor. Having two separate bedrooms was a treat and the beds and linens and pillows were soooo comfortable!! They also had a TON of condiments, treats, coffee/tea/drinks/etc, we were very impressed !! Host Connie was very kind and patient. Bonavista is definitely a seasonal town! There was almost nothing open/not much to do when we went (end of April). A beautiful boardwalk super close to the Airbnb though, which was a lovely stroll. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in town !

The house is in an excellent location and close to everything. It is very cozy and spacious with all the charm. Very well stocked with lots of kitchen equipment. Comfortable beds! We were delighted to have access to a washer and dryer. Check out this wonderful spot on Newfoundland’s east coast.

Our stay at Ellis Cottage was fantastic. The hosts were very quick to respond & the accommodations were perfect. We walked everywhere in Bonavista & enjoyed the beauty of the location & the people. The Garrick Theatre was amazing & we were lucky to attend the Fall Festival. Perfect timing.

Bird Island B&B 3 bedroom unit was a gem. We enjoyed our stay with lots to do close by and in Bonavista. We recommend Nanny's Root Cellar Kitchen restaurant nearby. The food and dessert were fantastic!

Andrea's place was absolutely beautiful, the pictures don't do it justice! Very clean, comfortable and decorated beautifully, with a breathtaking view. Highly recommend, little of the beaten path but well worth the drive, and Andrea provided excellent instructions on how to get there. She was very responsive and thoughtful, everything we needed was there. Highly recommend, hope to come back again!!

Wonderful place. Immaculately clean and comfy. Shannon is a great host. Bed was very comfy, hot tub was great, easy to get in and out of. Just a wonderful spot. Not too far from the beaches, close to the grocery store, but still private.
