Wow what an excellent host! Very impressed with not only the property but our Host's ability to make me feel right at home. The quiet neighborhood makes for perfect walks with pristine atmosphere. Irina is so kind and flexible that the entire trip was stress free. Not to mention the pool area is beautiful. Would love to come back here again

I absolutely LOVED staying with Vicki and Joey who are just wonderful people. This apartment will forever have a special place in my heart ♥️ I stayed for six weeks while working at UCLA. The apartment and the neighborhood felt very safe (I even ended up going for solo runs after dark - say no more). I really appreciated the village feeling about this area. People walk around a lot, walk their dogs, say good morning, go for a run, go to the local supermarket or the Beachwood Cafe etc. I couldn’t have asked for a better vibe, and I felt so much at home. The apartment is so well equipped and cozy and comfortable. Best of all were Vicky and Joey. Besides being super responsive and helpful, they invited me for Thanksgiving, took me to Costco (because I randomly mentioned I really wanted to go there 😅), helped me find an extra suitcase for my home trip and so much more. It’s a shame I can only give five stars. Don’t hesitate to book this amazing place 😊

We needed a refuge due to our home being unlivable after having smoke damage in the Eaton Fire. So we were having lots of stress. Tina’s home is so beautiful, in its peaceful location surrounded by lush gardens. She’s very artistic and it’s perfectly decorated for a comfortable and functional stay. We would love to come back anytime.

Excellent host and excellent place! Clean, modern, also a great backyard. This was a perfect pick for a family of four visiting LA for a long weekend.
