Monthly Rentals in Holly Springs

We recently spent a week at Amanda' s place to visit our son who lives in Holly Springs. The location was perfect, on a quiet residential street. Easy walk into town with great restaurants and the Farmer's Market on Saturday. Easy trip to Target, multiple grocery stores and anything else you can think of. It was a short trip to both Apex and Cary. The house was immaculate, spacious and modern. The bathrooms and kitchen had everything that you could need. We only used the main bedroom but found the bed very comfortable. Very private deck with seating if the weather is nice to enjoy. It really felt like you were in your own home. We brought out dog with us and walked the surrounding blocks and felt very comfortable doing so. Amanda and Tracey were great hosts and easy to reach. We had absolutely no issues with our stay but they stayed in contact to check on us. We come down to the area quite often to visit, and will definitely check here first for our stay!

Beautiful place to get away from your worries! The house had everything we need for a week and then some. Grocery stores are close and convenient, if you aren’t from North Carolina, prepare yourself for race car drivers lol. Overall the location is great and private and I would recommend to anyone. 10/10 would stay again!

Michelle's place was PERFECT for my mom and brother's visit from Ohio. As soon as we walked in we felt right at home. The house was super clean, had comfortable beds and everything we needed to prepare meals during our stay. The location was great, located in a quiet neighborhood and close to a park with beautiful walking trails. It rained for most of our stay so we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor patio with fire pit or screened in porch but we look forward to staying at Michelle's place again in the future. Great HOSTS!!

We loved our recent stay at the Cozy Cape. The home looks recently renovated and matches the pictures show. We loved our recent stay at the Cozy Cape. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Exactly as described and shown on Airbnb. Quin was extremely responsive to questions leading up to our stay and while we were there. The home is about 1 mile from the cute shops and restaurants in downtown Apex – an easy walk. Had no trouble getting Ubers to restaurants in various parts of Apex as well as back and forth to Lenovo Center on two nights. Our party of four will happily stay at the Cozy Cape if we return to the Raleigh area.
