Collins place was very comfortable I almost hated to leave Collin is a terrific host and very attentive to my needs the neighborhood quiet the niebors were friendly the whole experience exceededy my expertarion definately a hidden gem I would definately reach out to him if ever in this location

We stayed at Amanda and Jeremy’s place for a work trip and it was ideal! Completely private in the country but just a couple miles from everything! The house was cozy, the two person hot tub was fabulous, but one thing stood out. They thought of everything and stocked the house like a friend was coming over! No matter what you may have forgotten or didn’t know you would need, Amanda had it there for you! Fresh eggs and creamer for your coffee? Check! Tampons for a surprise visitor? Check! We will definitely stay with them again our next trip back to Athens!

The cottage home is lovely! It was the perfect size for our family & had everything we needed. The home is clean & very comfortable. The location was perfect for what we were in town for - everything was very close! Shannon was very responsive, friendly, and flexible with our plans. We would certainly recommend this place to others and would love the opportunity to visit again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Jeremy and Amanda’s. We stay here every year and we love it! Great house great location we highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

The place was immaculate and well appointed. Very happy with our stay and hope to return. It was a very easy drive to OU/Athens Ohio.

I have stayed in many Air BnBs in the past several years, but Donna excels over them all. Why? Her attention to detail. Every amenity provided for. The breakfast, without exaggeration, was stellar, a Mediterranean meal that was outstanding. The bed was extremely comfortable (we slept like a rock) and the home welcoming. A retired chef who loves to host guests, you will find this place a home away from home.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was amazing. Mandi went above and beyond and was so friendly. My room was clean. The bed was comfy and the shower was hot. It was so quiet. You could hear a pin drop. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back. Close to all the fun things. Walking distance or short drive really enjoyed my time and met some awesome people along the way. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Jennifer was very friendly and accommodating. She made sure that we had everything we needed and was very prompt responding to us and making sure that breakfast was ready and delicious everyday.

Our stay far exceeded our expectations! We were looking for a quiet and serene home away from home to relax and unwind. The setting was stunning, hospitality and cleanliness well above five stars, and every detail given thought to from snacks to ease of using the amenities.

Another wonderful stay at the Primrose Bed & Breakfast. Very responsive hosts, comfortable bed, charming home. A great place to stay when visiting OU; we will be back!

Wonderful getaway super close to the Hocking Hills! We did the railway tour the next day and it was a sweet little excursion that stops at the historic village. Breakfast was a nice time with the other two groups we met at the table. The Terrace room is cozy and has a cabin feel to it. It also has it's own bathroom.

this property was beautiful and a great place to spend our one year anniversary. it was very peaceful. we had a good time

My daughter and I had a nice stay. The room and beds were comfortable and I was very grateful to be able to use the kitchen to prepare ourselves some meals and store our food in the fridge. The kitchen had everything we needed. I did not receive the email about check-in being at a store (although I noticed it was mentioned in some reviews) but when I called the phone number I was helped right away and given the address that was only a mile and a half away. The other travelers were friendly and welcoming and made the experience all the more enjoyable. We had a nice time and I would stay again.
