Great spot in a fantastic location! Phu is an excellent host—super friendly and incredibly responsive. If any issues came up, he addressed them right away, which I really appreciated. The property is conveniently located above a cool coffee shop, making it easy to grab a drink, get some work done, or just relax. One suggestion for improvement would be to add more kitchen items, such as extra plates, bowls, glasses, utensils, and maybe a blender.. While the current setup is sufficient, a few additional items could make it even better. Aside from the noise from construction nearby—which was beyond anyone’s control—my stay was nearly perfect. Highly recommend!

Great location! right across the street from the beach and walkable to many restaurants and cafes. The rooftop pool also has a great view! Everything was very clean and host was responsive and helpful. The bed was super comfortable and I slept great here. I would recommend to others traveling to Da Nang!

The house is at a very convenient location, just a 10 min walk away from the hustle and bustle of My Khe beach. The property has all the required amenities and is extremely neat and tidy. Juno is a very responsive host and went out of his way to recommend us places to visit in the vicinity. Overall, it was a great stay!

This hotel is very close to the airport, about a 1.5km walk, and you don't want to walk with grab. On the main road of Da Nang, there are Micheels Ice City KFC shops around, there are many stalls to come out to find food at night, there are beef powder, small barbecue, and so on.While leaning against the side of the road and the sound of an occasional noise of the machine car, the noise protection is done quite well.The staff inside were very responsive and nice.There is also a washing machine underneath, which is recommended.

I really liked Han & Linh's apartment, it is very modern with a good kitchen and bathroom which is perfect to feel right at home. The location is great, it is on the "riverside" of the Han river which is a good balance to explore Da Nang (1km from the city and 2kms from the beach with a lot of local restaurants close by). The hosts are also lovely people, really friendly and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again if I was in Da Nang.

Small but very quiet apartment. There is everything you need: a washing machine in the room, and a balcony on which you can dry your clothes. It is a big problem in Da Nang to find a quiet apartment without construction works nearby, noisy bars, karaoke and an abundance of noisy food delivery people with loudspeakers, and at the same time, the apartment should be within walking distance from the sea. There are many excellent cafes and restaurants nearby. I changed two apartments before finding this apartment. I work remotely, so silence during the day and especially at night is important to me. I recommend it to anyone for whom peace and quiet is more important than the size of the apartment.

Look no further! This hidden oasis is truly so calming and beautiful. Clean - the hosts have clearly thought of everything and were incredibly responsive. Hung out here a lot as it was raining. The projector is so nice!

Very good place for staying. Host is very helpful and responsive. Everything works well and very nice private swimming pool is attached with the house. Surrounding with food store and yet also very peaceful alley.

There is plenty of space for a family of 6 to stay, and there is a lot of price. There is the sound of chickens in the state, but it doesn't bother me much and is well secured.

Our stay in Teemi House was a great start to our week long Vietnam trip. The house was immaculate, so clean that I felt comfortable walking around barefoot. We were 8 people and Anna opened all 5 rooms for us, more than enough space for everyone in our group. Location was convenient - 5 min walk to coffee shops and Han market, less than 10 min walk to the riverfront where plenty of bars were located. Anna responded quickly to all of my questions and was very thorough in giving instructions so we had no trouble at all checking ourselves in and out of the property. It was our parents’ 50th wedding anniversary and I asked Anna to help me buy a cake for them, as a surprise when we arrived. She was extremely helpful in recommending bakeries and what’s more, refused payment for the cake! Anna definitely went over and beyond what’s required of a host. She made sure we had a comfortable and memorable stay. Thanks so much, Anna!

I am satisfied with the affordability It's around the city, so there's not a lot of taxi fare.

We absolutely loved this location! It was great to be so near the beach and an easy/inexpensive Grab into town. It was also a pleasant surprise when we found out we could have someone come in each day and prepare breakfast/coffee that was complimentary. Our concierge, Thurong, was so helpful and accommodating. I would stay again.

Brian is a wonderful host! He is helpful and easy to communicate. The house is absolutely gorgeous, spotless and good privacy. The rooms are spacious, kitchen is equipped, spacious and comfortable BBQ area, large living room and dining room. The swimming pool is good and deep. We have a great time and good memories in the house! Thank you for your hosting!

A place full of constant support and interest during your stay with a friendly host. They support towels every day, and I was impressed with the one cleaning service during my stay.

The location of the place is very peaceful and the nice thing is it's a walkable distance to restaurants, cafes, and the ancient town. The host is very accomodating and responsive to all our queries and needs. Overall, our stay in hoi an was perfect.

Lovely villas and a great breakfast, also a beautiful clean pool but it's the staff that are the real stars here! The location is a little away from the Old Town ( 10min by bike, which they also have available for free) but it makes it nice and peaceful. We had a perfect few days in Hoi An staying in the Orhid Garden Villas.
