Family-friendly vacation rentals in Hoa Xuan

As a friendly response from the host and manager, 14 families used it comfortably for 4 nights and 5 days. Eight breakfasts can be selected as two, so I used them according to their preferences. There was an outdoor pool and sauna, so the children were satisfied with swimming with their minds for 5 days. It is in a convenient location for walking distance to My Khe Beach and transportation.

The place was exactly as described. Very clean and spacious (for a family of four). The butler team was always available and attentive to our needs and questions. They cleaned the apartment every day and changed the linen and towels and provided bottled water. The location is right between Da Nang and Hoi An, in an 5 star resort and a great value. It is quiet and has its own private beach, pools and restaurants. Overall, we had a great time and highly recommend these super hosts!

Cozy place for a family trip. Pool is perfect and beach is beautiful. But a little remote from markets or stores. Hoang is the best host ever!!! Quick respond to all my questions. Gonna choose her again next time I come to Da Nang.

This is the same place as the pictures. The host made it easy to check in via message before check-in and was quick to respond. I had a very comfortable life with good value for 4 days.

Bach and his staff were very responsive and welcoming. We really enjoyed the villa, being actually prettier than on photos! Breakfast service was perfect :) We received bikes, and staff helped us with motorbikes. Place itself and surroundings are beautiful, close to the beach and Hoi A central area. I can’t complain at all about our stay, actually can only recommend to pick it and enjoy. Only watch out is, that in rainy days and season, there is no dryer so bear that in mind, as cloths need to hang inside for at least 2 days (quite normal in Vietnam). Transport from and to the airport was perfect also.

I went to Anbang Beach for the 5th time, and I went every winter, and this time it was 9/30-10/6. The location of the accommodation is a 1-2 minute walk to the beach, and it is quiet because it is at the north end of Anbang Beach. The waves were a little rough, so I was only able to play in the water for 3 days out of the 6 days. Still, I went to Hoi An Old Town, Ba Na Hills, cooking activities, and it was fun. The room and living room of the house are bigger and better than the pictures. Especially the room and bathroom on the second floor are big and nice. The yard is also wider and better than the photos. Breakfast is clean and accompanied by great fruits and drinks every morning. The woman who prepares breakfast is kind and good. Huong communicates well, and the shuttle service to and from Ba Na Hills and to and from the airport is sure, and the driver is also great for safe driving and friendly driving. And the Vietnamese cooking experience with Huong's introduction was especially fun, and the kids love it. In particular, the cooking instructor Lai was very fun and kind. Thank you. ^ ^

Kiet and his family were wonderful hosts. They were so welcoming and Kiet went above and beyond to make sure our stay was special. Kiet recommended local places to eat & great activities to do. We had dinner with Kiet and his family where his Mum cooked local dishes. The food was delicious and the interaction with Quan, Kiet's son, was one of our highlights in Vietnam. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were very clean and quiet. The pool was fantastic after a day out. The access to the laundry was very easy or Kiet provided a laundry service for minimal costs. Bikes were provided and we loved the 10 -15 minute bike ride in to the busy centre. The Vietnamese people who lived close by were all very friendly and we were able to see first hand how the locals lived and interacted with them. Our stay with Kiet made our time in Vietnam very special and we would definitely stay again, no hesitation. Thanks for a wonderful experience, we hope to see you again soon. George & Simone

The owners have created the ultimate luxury vacation villa as we loved our time at Heron House in Hoi An. Simply put, it is the best property we have stayed at in Hoi An over the years and it offered everything we could possibly want without breaking the bank! We had gorgeous vintage bicycles to explore the rice fields, an excellent fresh breakfast made daily for us and when we wanted the local famous dishes, their team picked it up for us from their favourite street food restaurants at no cost to us. We also asked for one of their complimentary movie night on their giant outdoor cinema screen by the pool and the kids loved swimming and watching a movie at the same time while the parents enjoyed some popcorn and some cocktails made by Hoa. It felt like we had everything we could possibly want on a light budget, privacy, and so much space to stretch out and relax. I could go on and on, but needless to say we are already planning our next trip to Hoi An to stay at Heron House again.

I like Da Nang and stay here often, and this apartment has a nice environment and is easy to spend time in. There are also many cafes and local restaurants to enjoy.

Faboulous villa in the middle of the Tra Que village. Perfectly clean, beautiful warm pool. Upscale luxurious rooms. We had a beautiful, relaxing stay with the family here.

Nice villa, Good planning and spaces. All bedrooms are on first floor. Villa is in peaceful neighbourhood. Location and beach view is great. Also easy to go to da bank hoi am and ba na hills as it is situated between all 3

We have chosen this place because My parents live just a few houses away, and Phan Hoang was very kind to give me the closest Vila to my parents. Big rooms , all the amenities are there, water bottle are provided daily. I will be back again here if we come back with family again.

We spent 15 days in the apartment with my wife and 5 year old son, and had a wonderful time. Apartment building is facing the pool at the Ocean Suites, which is a calm and secured environment. The apartment is matching the description : well equipped, clean, functional and cozy. Lily and the staff are always very responsive and happy to help on many topics. Access to the beach is 5 min walking max. Ocean Villa/Suites also has a restaurant, which we have often been to, +2nd pool with sea view right next to the beach. The restaurant is very practical and offers all kinds of options, from Vietnamese to western dishes. We have Overall, we are very happy with our stay. Some points of improvement: - having a convenience store at Ocean Villa (like a 7-eleven) would have been great, as we had to take a taxi on a regular basis to buy some simple things. - the ventilation system in the bathroom needs cleaning - the smell in the bathroom from pipe is strong

We had a great stay at Ann's villa! She was kind to accommodate us last second when another host cancelled. And she was quick to respond to all of our inquiries. The villas is a short walk to the beach and central pool. Both the beach and private pool receive a lot of sun until late afternoon, so we utilized the central pool in the mornings. It's a long walk to reception where you can get a taxi/grab elsewhere, but buggies are available if you are willing to wait. With that being said, the surroundings at Furama Villas are lovely, so the occasional walk was enjoyable. The A/C and hot water worked well and we had no issues with insects. Pots and pans were available to cook, but have seen better days. All-in-all we had a great stay and look forward to visiting again. Thanks Ann!
