Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Hoa Xuan

Excellent view, great service and very good value for money

Comfortable house with daily house cleanup. Vy was responsive and butler was very polite. Unfortunately, two (out of four) LED TVs were not working. Some ants were found at the toilet of the master room. Very good for a group of six people. The chef lady bravely came to serve breakfast at the time when the typhoon hit Da Nang (very appreciated). We enjoyed the stay very much.

We had a lovely stay at Salt Villa. Location is fantastic beachfront and a short drive to Hoi An town. Our host was amazing she organised tours, scooters and lists great recommendations. We will definitely be staying here for our next trip to Vietnam.

We stayed here for about 10 days and would have stayed even longer if we could have. The space was spread across three floors, with a master bedroom and bathroom on the top floor. The second bedroom, kitchen, full bath, and living space on the second floor, and a sitting room with powder room on the first floor. We had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen, and the location is near markets to make that simple. We also loved the nearby restaurants - great coffee across the street at The Zone, excellent Ban Mi around the corner, and Silent Cafe and Shimai right down the street. The host was extremely helpful and communicative, and it was an unexpected bonus to have the team do a light clean every couple of days. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at the airbnb. We made so much great memories. They cooked good breakfast for us. They clean the airbnb so well. They helped us with our laundry. We will definitely come back here.

Lanh is a very friendly and funny host. The house is fully equipped as described. She guided and supported my family in moving, making my trip much more convenient. Rcm for everyone here. My good experience! 🥰

June is very friendly and the place is very convenient. Walkable to many restaurants. It’s also near to the Mac Donald which is a great news for the kids. 😊

Highly recommend Hung and his family’s hospitality at Green Areca Villa. The rooms and pool were a perfect base for our family holiday. Being an avid swimmer, I’d start the day doing laps in the beautiful surroundings of the garden, along with the delicious freshly cooked breakfast. Only a short Grab ride into Hoi An Old Town or the beach, I will definitely return to stay here. Hung was so responsive and friendly throughout our stay. When I was looking for a place to stay with my family, I booked a lunaa villa with several rooms. There were 4 rooms, and each room had a bathroom, so it was comfortable! There is a shower filter, hot water works well, and the air conditioner works well (the air conditioner on the restaurant side is a little weak). There are many good restaurants nearby, and My Khe Beach was a 5-10 minute walk away, so it was nice! I asked for a drop instead of a pickup, but I was able to go to the airport comfortably because you were happy to do it ^ ^ The host is friendly and responds to your needs right away! However, there were some regrets (it may be a personal opinion!) 1. The dishes were a little dirty, and there weren't enough spoons and chopsticks (I washed the dishes again and took away disposable items, so I used them) 2. The restaurant is located outside the building, so there was an inconvenience that I had to move outside when I prepared it in the kitchen. 3. The smell of the pool medicine was a little strong, so I didn't play in the water much. I was satisfied with everything except that part!! Thanks to a good house and a good host, I rested well and traveled well ^ ^

After many stays in AirBnB type lodgings, this stay rates #1 by leaps and bounds. Met at Da Nang airport by a driver holding a board with our name on it. Wisked away in comfort and welcomed at the Villa by Hist Tri and Nio. The villa is/was beautiful. A unique floor plan with two buildings and a courtyard with pool in the middle. The villa, appliances, 4.5 bathrooms were spotless. In addition to the electronic welcome guide provided, Nio gave us additional info and then a guided tour. She showed us how everything worked. Our four night stay included free cleaning every two days with fresh towels. The provided washer and dryer kept the 5 of us fresh. Nio was so responsive…we felt pampered. On check, a van was ready to take us back to the airport. Airport transportation was addition cost but the drivers were awesome. From start to finish, we were wow’d. Thank you so very much for hosting us and making our first Hoi An visit so memorable. Dong: you have a great crew!

It was good for a trip for 3 to 6 people. The location is in the countryside of Hoi An. It was nice because it was secluded and quiet. It was friendly, and the pool was spacious and clean. The price of the barbecue was as good as it was. Three coconuts from the coconut tree He gave it to me and it was the best. The mangoes I give every breakfast are really good, and the bananas It's delicious. It's better than a fruit store in Da Nang. The pictures are really nice.

The building is not old, so it's clean... It is convenient because it is in a location where you can move easily. If you stay on the third floor, it's a little difficult to climb the stairs, but in general, it's a pretty good accommodation.

The host was really responsive and kind, so I think I had a more comfortable stay. The accommodation matched the photos, and it was pretty and comfortable. It was really nice that there was a swimming pool, and my friends who stayed with me liked it very much! It was a happy trip because I was able to meet a good host with a good accommodation at a good price. Thank you.👍🏻♥️

This villa is just AMAZING!! We had a group of 8 guys and we were all so extremely happy with everything. The pool, sauna, pool room and the layout of the villa was faultless. I would highly recommend this villa for a group. Especially families as the bunk bedroom is huge!!! Check in was a breeze and communication was the best I have experienced. Breakfast with beautiful Lan preparing each morning was delightful. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much. We will be back!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The ocean villa we stayed in was nice and had all the amenities to have our family rest in the final days of our vacation. It was peaceful and comfortable. The only caveat was that the listing clearly stated that breakfast was provided as an amenity which in all other listings would mean inclusive of price (much like wifi, usage of a washer, etc). However, breakfast was only included for a fee, either as a private meal at your home or at the resort buffet restaurant, which was rarely used by anyone. I would suggest an update to the listing.

the team of hosts were so accommodating. check in was easy and anytime we needed anything the hosts did their best to direct us in the right direction. I have booked several properties with this team. Thank you again!
