Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Hoa Xuan

We really enjoyed Brian's spacious flat. The pool and billiards area is stylish and attractive, a wonderful place to hang out. It was partially open to the outside but provided indoor privacy as well. The same can be said of the foyer outside the living room. It's nice to have some non air conditioned spaces for cooler days. The Kitchen, living room and bedrooms are all air conditioned, spacious and luxurious, several with balconies. The showers are huge and superb. The immediate surroundings can seem a bit scruffy, as this area is experiencing a good deal of development, but the neighborhood is actually quite lively and charming and less impacted by tourism. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming. You're just steps from the bay at the base of Son Tra, with its dazzling array of fishing boats. Finally, Brian provides two bicycles that we used everyday to explore Danang. Really, we had a great time at this flat and weren't ready to leave when our stay was up.

Quite simply the most comfortable and well situated accommodation! It was spacious, beautifully decorated and the beds were VERY comfortable. The hosts even bought my partner a cake for his birthday as a surprise, such a lovely and thoughtful gesture. Right in the heart of Hoi An but tucked away and nice and quiet. Would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting! I hope to visit again soon and stay in this beautiful air BnB :)

Return visitors to Casa Rio for another month’s stay in this still fabulous house. The house keeping is excellent, everything you need is in the house, with amenities, town and beach all within walking distance. The garden has developed under Huong’s knowledge of plants and attention to detail. Would love to stay again in the future. Many thanks😎

Quyen was the best helper/assister you could have. It was like having your own travel agent on immediate response. Nothing was too much. The place was original, homely, comfortable. Great pool on hot days. Close to restaurants and mini Marts. Everyone nearby was very friendly. A bit of construction work going on which in itself was interesting. Hot work for the workers. If we come back to A Bang I’ll be at Paos place.

Very tastefully decorated and comfortable place to stay. The upstairs bedroom gets a wonderful ocean breeze and it’s so relaxing to sit on the daybed on the terrace and let the hours pass. One tiny complaint is a lack of common living space but I feel the modern architecture style and gorgeous finishings make up for this issue.

Had the most lovely stay here! the villa was so cool and the pool was perfect! the breakfast included was absolutely delicious and there were so many options! host was very accommodating and offered a clean throughout our stay! she is really very kind and made the experience so lovely! it feels lovely and secluded whilst being a perfect distance from the old town! highly highly recommended such good value for money 🌞

I was able to check in a little early on my schedule, and the location is near Da Nang Han Market, making it the best location for sightseeing in the city.

I stayed for 3 nights and it was so good. Towels and 4 bottles of water were provided daily (I personally didn't ask for cleaning service), and it was perfect for a swimmimg. The private beach was also so cool for our family to spend time. I was also provided with an airport drop-off service for 3 nights, so I was able to finish my trip comfortably. I was able to communicate with the host from time to time, so there was no discomfort. If I visit Da Nang again next time, I want to stay again!

Very comfortable and quiet place to stay. A lot of restaurants nearby. Including a cafe downstairs connected to the Airbnb. The atmosphere is very home-like. I enjoyed my stay. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach!

We really enjoyed the little apartment with the balcony and beautiful pool. Lots of restaurants and cafés nearby, beautiful rice fields and a convenient scooter rental service (they bring it to you and take it back). The bed is more comfortable then ours at home. We liked the animal noises of the goats and chickens around. Nana always responded quickly for any kind of request. Highly recommend!

Brian is a great host as always. The room is clean. It is near the beach so we can walk to the beach in the morning. It is located in tourist area so you can easily find the shops or restaurants within minute walk. I will definetely come back again. Highly recommend to all guests.

Was a perfect location to grab something to eat or walk down to the beach. The host was super responsive, answering any of my questions.

We spent almost one month here and it was very nice. The hosts are extremely responsive, proactive and very friendly. Everything we asked they promptly provide. The location in front of the beach is great to enjoy the sea view, surf, run, or simply stay relaxing at the beach. The neighborhood is very safe and peaceful.

The place was super decorated, especially clean and there were fresh towels every day. The pool was nice, but very busy at certain times, so it was also very noisy. If there was a problem, I got a response right away. To reach restaurants and attractions you need a grave. If that doesn't bother someone, the quiet accommodation is highly recommended!

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. The host was incredibly generous with the check-out time, which was a huge plus. Communication was excellent; she was always available and responded very quickly to any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

It’s one of the best Airbnb I have been staying. The place is clean, modern style, and gorgeous view. Danh is really helpful, responsive and supportive. I will definitely stay with her again whenever I come to Da Nang. There is a pool on the rooftop, it’s incredible place to stay with your family and kids. Love it.

The apartment is conveniently located, close to the sea and restaurants. A bit noisy bars and karaoke around, but after 23 everything is quiet.

They rent out a room in the hotel. Close to the sea and good access You can also enjoy the infinity pool in the hotel. The interior is very clean as pictured The host's care was great and it was a great place to stay!

Nguyen is a great host. She recommended some really lovely eateries around the area.

I loved my stay here. The apartment looked just like the photos and had all the amenities for a long stay (laundry detergent, shower products, etc). The hosts reached out to offer weekly cleaning and were always super responsive and friendly. Music from the beach can be a little loud in the evening but always stops by 11 or 11:30 (obviously not the host’s fault, just something to be aware of for any early birds). Rooftop pool was gorgeous. Would happily stay again!
