Leila & her husband are very helpful in everything. Her house is worth every penny. The location is nice if you want a peaceful area with cheap restaurants and convenience store around. Hoi’s place was exactly as listed. Very clean and nice. She was very helpful and helped plan our trip to Ba Ha Hills and organised our transportation from there to Hoi An. Great experience and would stay there agains. Thank you for everything.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hosts were very friendly and always helpful. The house is cozy and beautiful. The only downside was the nearby church, where bells ring every morning I recommend this host 🩵

The place actually looked even better than in the pictures! There were only two of us and therefore had more than enough space – even with two bathrooms. There is a washing machine, but unfortunately there was almost no detergent left, so we could not wash any laundry. We are very satisfied and would definitely come back. For the price, it was really worth it!

Stayed for a week with my family and we highly recommend the place to everyone. We arrived early and requested to check in early as my 2 year old son was not feeling well. Host assisted to expediate the housekeeping, allowing us to check in early, which we are really grateful for. The place is centrally located and has a wonderful view of Danang City. Unit itself is also well equipped with essential items. We will definitely return again for our next trip.

Firstly I want to say many thanks for Kata and her daughter for their hospitality! The owners quickly respond to messages and will be happy to share their recommendations for the city and establishments :) It is a great apartment which you have everything you need and it is very cozy to live in. There is a small park nearby, and a 15-minute walk away is a huge market and shopping center with a hypermarket(GO). We will be happy to come back here again! :)

I stayed here while visiting some family in the area. The place was very clean, comfortable and spacious. I really appreciated the water filtering system and washing machine. It made my stay incredibly convenient. I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the mornings - the view of the bridge was nice. The area is safe and the staff were friendly and helpful. The host was super responsive and great to work with too. Overall, I highly recommend this spot and would stay here again!

Very nice and spacious apartment. Very clean as well, as the kind cleaning staff comes regularly. Vi was always super quick to respond to any of my questions which was helpful. It had everything we needed and the location was great, especially if you have a scooter.

I Loved this place! I will return back to this location on my future trips to Da Nang...

3 rooms and 3 bathrooms definitely worth the money, it is an ideal place for family to stay. However, the floor is a little bit dusty, the room has lots of mosquitoes, not sure if it's the weather or something else.

This is Residence B of Hyatt Resort which is a super duper huge compound. All amenities which you want will be there and can be used. All at the fraction of the price paid by Hyatt guests!

The accommodation was so nice overall! I faced the wheels, but it was one person.. haha Han Market, Cong Cafe, and Han River were so close that I walked around. Even though I was carrying a 21-month-old baby, it wasn't difficult at all! However, the stains in the bathtub, mold on the line, and the shower curtain were a little dirty. The rug didn't look fluffy either. But overall, the house was well-maintained, and the response was quick and there was no inconvenience! I had a good rest.🥹

The reception staff are very nice and the layout is very comfortable. There are washing machines, dryers and washing powder available for free👍
