Apartment vacation rentals in Hòa Vang

I love that it looks exactly like in the pictures. My partner and I loved it even for a one night stay before our flight. It was a quiet place and the neighborhood was great. If we ever come back to Vietnam, we will definately stay here again. 6/5 ⭐️

3 months Jan-Apr 2025 Really good quality/price ratio. Not luxurious but spacious, everything in working order, stable wifi and a strong ocean breeze almost constantly, being on the north side it's always cooler. The balcony is quite comfortable too and you get a good view of the mountains and the bay nearby (but also a busy road and a big building). I didn't see any gross pest at all, but there was quite a few mosquitoes, better keep the windows shut in the evening. One drawback is that the neighbors would wake me up every morning at 6AM and also if I tried to go to sleep before 11PM. Other times it's pretty quiet though, apart for the church bells around dinner time daily and at 6AM on Sundays. That can really work you up sometimes. And even though you may be able to find everything you need within a walking distance, I think you would require a motorbike to really enjoy staying at this location. Finally, the owner is really kind and accomodating if you need anything. Great stay!

This is my 2nd visit. The penthouse is big and good. It is on the top floor and is in downtown Da Nang, so it is easy to get around. It is great for a large family to stay and I highly recommend it to others.

The room was neat, organized and very modern. Staff was supportive.

The location of the accommodation was very good, and there was a grocery store on the 1st floor of the apartment. It was convenient to have a pharmacy and a beer shop.

Im in love to this place right away as i first walked into the room. Everything nice and clean, looks even better than in the pictures. I even extended my booking to stay here longer.

Where do I start? we initially planned to stay here for 2 days and ended up extending our stay instead, the rooms are exactly as described and Ms linh is a very friendly, cooperative and flexible host. She gave us an early check in, and late check out. This is just to say the least, she and her cute family have been so helpful in guiding us and making our visit to danang a pleasant and warm stay. We definitely found a friend in Ms.linh and will be contacting her for anything related to and in danang. 💫🥰

Peaceful, quiet and comfortable. Good hosting. Great for a night's rest , event a week to explore Danang city.

All I can say is bravo. Gemma's team was phenomenal - Tam and her husband were extremely helpful at all times. Never had an issue with anything at any time. They allowed me to switch to a more suitable longer-term room a week or so in *and* they accommodated a late flight I had on the day of checkout which was massive. If a chair broke (one was older and heavily used) they immediately brought a new one up for me. They also brought me a microwave to use for the long-term stay. 10/10. I wish I brought her flowers! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 (The only 50/50 thing was the condo is a bit far from the inner city/tourist spots BUT it comes with an insane view of the bridge and is fairly quiet and private if that's what you prefer more which I do most days!)

Everything in the accommodation is new. The bed is a little stiff, but it's not a problem. Soundproofing is good and water pressure is good. The rooftop pool view was the best, and I was able to see the fireworks from the rooftop. There are many restaurants around, and the promenade is right in front. The host is friendly and communicates well.

The place was great and reasonable. Our entire stay in DaNang was pleasant. The host allowed us to leave our luggages a few hours before the check in time. My siblings and I liked the place. Our Grab driver had trouble looking for the place because the sign is not noticeable because the lamp post and trees were on the way. Nevertheless, our entire stay in Da Nang was really great! Hope we can ho back after 1 year.

The place is really comfortable, quiet . Happy, friendly, helpful hosts, and always happy to help. The space was clean, tidy and well stocked with amenities. Such a wonderful experience that made me want to go back again and again.

We highly recommend this apartment. It is in a very new and welcoming building with high-end finishes and amenities. The location is very good and walkable on the city side next to the river. The host and the building staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We will definitely return if we have the opportunity.

The Wyndham Golden Bay Danang is a wonderful place to stay. The accommodation is pretty perfect. We even managed to make quite a few meals in the small kitchenette. The hotel facilities are great: pool, gym, spa, restaurants and public areas. The only slight negative is it is 2 miles out of Danang and you need a Grab to go anywhere which is not an issue as they are very cheap. But value for money was great and the total package was excellent. I would recommend it

Clean, cozy, with a hot tube. Good spot to get around the city. Easy and quick communication with host. Enjoy!

I’ve never had a host that responds as fast as Anh. I had flight troubles on arrival and communicated in advance and she was very helpful and had great patience. I’m already recommending my friends to stay here if they visit. I have no complaints. Please be mindful you don’t get some amenities as hotel guests such as a towel to the pool but there are plenty of linens available. If I come back to Danang this is my first choice.

The accommodation is very clean and the same as the photos. It felt very well maintained. The host was very friendly and responsive, making it a comfortable stay. It wasn't noisy because it was a residential area, and there were many restaurants, cafes, and bakeries around, so I was able to have a good time with my family. I want to come again next time.

Pleasant stay in a cozy, comfortable apartment. Proactive hosts, always there to answer questions. Nice building, beautiful pool! I would definitely stay again.
