Felice and Tam were really good hosts I was satisfied because it was friendly and quick to communicate. Although it is far from the city center, it is a place for a quiet and relaxing vacation. The pool was also big and it was a much better place than the pictures. The best part was the communication part. I was able to have a good trip with a lot of help. Thank you. 👍🏼

Excellent location, very clean house. The host was able to drop by when we check in (as we wanted to) the place felt homey and lovely. Very friendly host welcoming us to the airbnb! Location wise, this airbnb is a hidden gem. Right smack in the middle of everything. Matched the description listed on airbnb. It was easy for us to get around everywhere and it doesn’t feel far at all! Grabdrivers always dropped us near the entrance of the airbnb so don’t worry! Very convenient for a group of us. My friends and I had our daily breakfast right opposite the airbnb (little hanoi egg coffee). There are plenty of cafes nearby. The house is very clean and spacious. We had a great time spending at the living room, watching netflix and chatting away. Best of all, the washing machine and dryer was the best thing we had!! Overall experience was excellent! We didn’t want to leave 😭

Very clean. Peaceful neighborhood (not crowded). Lots of convenience stores, nice restaurants and cafes and atm machines/banks around. Very good coffee downstairs. Very polite host. Great value for money.

Great host, nice and calm homestay

Overall a very comfortable stay with a very local feel to the place. Thao was extremely proactive and helpful. Place was clean and comfortable. Jus take note for the bedroom area, the steps are steep n if you are 1.8m, you're hitting the ceiling every time you stand up. Also the backdoor leads to the motorcycle parking area, so alas the noise of the bikes come in/out n the doors opening/closing does intrude significantly so light sleepers be aware.

Absolutely awesome place! A little hard to find but the host was easy to contact to get the correct address. We felt right at home with the sweet little dog who came to visit through the evening, very clean and well kept place. Five stars all round

Nice place to stay with a family with kids. The master bedroom is big and a spacious bathroom. My girls love the big screen Tivi in the master bedroom where they just want to stay home to relax and watch movies. It’s very nice for a walk around the complex, nice swimming pool even though we didn’t have chance for a swim. Thanks Son for accomodating us. Will be back next time in HCM

Very responsive - Clean place, smells great - Projector is amazing. now the cons: - Slightly smaller area then photos. - Pool was a little dirty I would say this place is very good for a short clean stay. I would give it 5/5, maybe the price could be lower for the size. other than that, great host, great place

I recently had a fantastic stay and truly exceeded my expectations. The property, located on the 32nd floor, very spacious offered good views. The host was incredibly attentive and helpful, making sure all our needs were met. Her warm hospitality really made us feel at home. This one-of-a-kind property is definitely a gem, and I can’t wait to visit again. A huge thank you to the host for taking such great care of us! Highly recommend! Thank you once again.

Thanh was very proactive in his responses to messages, very quick and accomodating. He was lovely enough to sort out a cot for my 9 month old and awaited us for check in, showing us how to get to the apartment and giving us a quick walk through. The apartment is situated away from the hustle and bustle, so can be very relaxing, but not too far from everything, just a grab car away.

Satisfying accommodations

The place was great. Dan was super quick to reach all day. Despite the fact that there was a market right in front of our apartment, it was relatively quiet. It was also great that free water was provided. The only flaw was that at night it became very warm in the room if you did not use the air conditioning, which was directed exactly at the bed. Otherwise, the place is highly recommended.

The apartment is very great, full of utilities, the mattress bed is very clean and soft, hygienic and serves the standard of 5 stars, the host is very friendly and always helps us, it is too good to rest and work here, the facilities are not missing anything, I love the swimming pool and gym, the kids very much like the children's play area very nice and safe! Can do Golf and pickleball for free Will definitely be back here as soon as we get to tphcm!
