Vacation rentals with lake access in Ho Chi Minh City

It was a nice place to stay. It was nice to have air conditioning and warm water installed in each room and the living room on the 1st and 2nd floors. Thanks to you, I made good memories with my short schedule.

This was a very convenient place for me to stay. Lots to do and close to the amenities I need. Getting around the city is super easy with Grab, they pull right up to the door. Security guards and front desk workers were always friendly and made me feel safe. Our hosts were great communicators- my inbound flight was delayed by half a day, and they stayed in touch with me the whole time, updating me. I will definitely stay in one of their Airbnbs again in the future!!

Great host, nice and calm homestay

Adam place is very good with nice place to have car parking. Very easy to sleep contradict to the bad place at khu dân cư ven sông. Highly recommmend.

Highly Recommend!!!! The 02-day 01-night resort experience at The Koi villa in iD Junction really brings my family moments of relaxation and comfort. Peaceful mornings: Waking up is able to cycle, walk around the lake, do yoga in the birdsong and the fresh air from the gardens and the lake is spread out Beautiful views: boat dock, lotus lake, bamboo forest, boating on the lake Can stop for reading, get to know new friends at the clubhouse, enjoy fresh cake and water every day at the iD Lounge cafe Fun activity: Kite at the marina: is an enjoyable experience like returning to childhood Swimming at the resort pool: relax at the pool, watch the sunset fall on Cau Vong lake, quiet and cool space. BBQ at the evening garden at Villa The Koi is very enjoyable: the host fully prepared charcoal grill, oven, modern induction cooker, full pot, a housewife who likes to cook like me feels like home.

Nice place to stay with a family with kids. The master bedroom is big and a spacious bathroom. My girls love the big screen Tivi in the master bedroom where they just want to stay home to relax and watch movies. It’s very nice for a walk around the complex, nice swimming pool even though we didn’t have chance for a swim. Thanks Son for accomodating us. Will be back next time in HCM

Nice place and good location

I loved it so much the first time I came back. The apartment is clean, bright and airy. Feels like home and is a great location near the mall with a supermarket and lots of amenities. Cam was as responsive as the first time and even arranged for a cleaning in the middle of my stay. It’s about 40 minutes away from the city which allows for a nice long bike ride home to enjoy the surroundings and the lights. This truly is a wonderful apartment

Overall, an excellent stay. The apartment was exactly as advertised. One recommendation is to turn the AC on a couple of hours prior to guests arrival to cool and air out the room. The is also a welcome gesture hotel used to ease the pain of long travel time. The area is beautifully landscaped, has many convenience stores and coffee shops. The Mega Mall is big with adequate stores for all your needs. The Grp 1 bus is a free local area bus making loops around the neighborhood. It takes around 15 minutes to cover the loop from end to end. You can walk around and find shorter or direct routes to your destination. Grp3 is a Vinhomes free bus making the loops to HCM and back. Be sure to locate the correct pick up area for each bus.

Thuy was a great host & was very responsive to any questions we had. The place was as described in the photos, and at a comfortable/convenient location close to the mall! We enjoyed our stay overall.
