It's a good place within walking distance to the center of the city. Overall, our stay was really nice, but there were a few quirks (which we were aware of in advance): 1. There's no elevator in the building, so you have to walk up the stairs. 2. There's no front door in the building, but the doors to the apartments seem secure. Also, the neighborhood felt safe. 3. The apartment got rather cold, so we had to heat it with AC.

Clean and nice place. Easy to find and very functional. Please note that the elevator is small and not suitable for people with disabilities. If this is not your case I recommend the accommodation which is a few minutes walk from all the activities of Hiroshima:-)
