Kit's place is utter perfection . The best kitted out Air B'nB we have stayed in, with every little detail thought of, and all of it beautifully done. The welcome with a bottle of fizz and a pint of milk in the fridge was such a joy! We enjoyed the quiet and privacy, watching the many birds on the bird feeders outside the living room window (we even saw partridges under the pear tree ...), the easy walk to the stunning beach - all white sand, and so few people!, Kit's excellent restaurant recommendations, the round-walks from the cottage through beautiful countryside and along cliff tops, returning to a welcome hot shower. We've had a wonderfully relaxing time, acquired a suntan, and will be back. Kit can be very proud of 'Stowaway' - it's a very special place.

Just had another fabulous stay at Jamie's home. This was my family's third stay. which says it all. Couldn't ask for more when visiting beautiful Whitby, Runswick Bay and beyond. I have no doubt we'll be booking our fourth trip in the future 😊

I had a wonderful stay at Ray’s place. It was private, the perfect size for one person, and ideally located close to fantastic beaches, especially if you enjoy fossil hunting or walks along the beautiful Yorkshire coast. Ray was friendly, accommodating, discreet and quick to respond to any messages. Definitely a place I would recommend!

The parish rooms is a lovely place to stay in a beautiful area. Karen was really helpful from booking, giving local recommendations for the area. When we arrived it was very easy to check in and as soon as we walked in the door you could smell how clean the place was! The room was perfect, with everything you could need for a short break. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and the homemade bread and marmalade for breakfast was a lovely touch. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was exceptionally clean with a nice shower and had everything you could need. Karen was a great host and lovely with my son, spending time talking to him and showing him the donkeys. There is a gorgeous, secluded, outside space to eat. We will definitely be back with hopefully better weather to use this! We loved our stay and this is one of our favourite places in the UK, we will definitely use the parish rooms again when we’re visiting. Thank you!
