Cute, cozy cottage for our trip to northern Michigan for the ICEMAN MTB race. House was well stocked (Bluetooth music speakers, laundry soap, plenty of towels and extra blankets). We enjoyed our stay and of the three houses we stayed in for this annual trip, this was the cleanest and most convenient location. Thank you for being pet friendly too.

Beautiful lake home. Everything is very nice & comfortable. We enjoyed the getaway very much. Loved looking at the peaceful lake. The updates are very tastefully done. Looks like a lot of time invested into every detail. It’s well stocked-lots of games too. Restaurants, stores, ice cream all within 5 miles. Highly recommend for R&R on a big lake. Thank you!

I was very comfortable during my long term stay. The home was clean, equipped and mattresses were cozy. The location is perfect for traveling north and south. Beach and downtown are lovely and highly recommend spending some time strolling around.

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was so nice and clean and very open inside. Had just about everything we needed for our two night stay. I can't say enough good things about the beautiful property. Loved walking the trail in the woods with our dogs. Wish we had more time, but would love to come back and stay in this home again. We enjoyed our stay! Michelle was very responsive. It was close to town but far enough to feel secluded. We enjoyed the hot tub, which was one of the initial factors we looked at this house. The deck attached was large enough for us all to gather. Beautiful kitchen and spacious.

We booked this place last minute, and couldn’t be more glad we did! The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, making the whole experience seamless. The house itself is stunning—clean, well-organized, and beautifully set up. Honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice! The surroundings are equally beautiful and added so much charm to our stay. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable retreat.

Lovely place RIGHT on the lake. My husband and I went for a date weekend of ice fishing and relaxation. Yes-it was a perfect spot to walk out and fish despite the quantities of snow! Restaurants all right there in walking distance- hours are different than what is on menus or online so be aware. Very clean and cozy place that was spacious and warm. We will definitely keep it on our list for the future!

Cozy cabin in a good location

This place is exactly what we were looking for- so cozy, clean, private, and perfect amount of amenities for a short new year’s trip! Good distance from skiing in Gaylord and trailheads for winter hikes!

The house was very well furnished, yard was perfect for a nightly bonfire with friends and family. Close enough to town where you could easily get groceries, fuel, or simple go out to eat with no worry about it being a long drive. The house was located perfectly around multiple trailheads for ORV riding (within 20 mins). The only thing that I can say that was a downside to the rental was the amount of kitchenware. For a cabin that sleeps 10, there were limited plates, bowls, mixing bowls, and utensils.

Love coming back and enjoying the nice view! Kieth always makes it so welcoming, clean and it makes me want to come back every fall.

Rachel’s house was comfortable from the start. Everyone including the pets found the house to be fun. The children loved the ability to fish right from the pier and to get out on the water with the 3 waterboard choices. The fire pit was nicely located being right outside the back door instead of down by the water. We found the Harrison location to fun as well. We will be back to Rachel’s house and Harrison.
