Wow! What a wonderful place. Definitely the best Airbnb we've ever stayed at. Everything looked just like the photos, if not better. We were lucky enough to have the pool and wellness centre to ourselves because the other apartment was empty during our stay. We'd highly recommend and will return if staying in the area again. Arras is a really lovely town to visit too.

Sabine is a wonderful host and her place is spotless! I would definitely recommend it and will be back with great pleasure!

On weekends with a couple of friends to enjoy the Arras Christmas market with 3 toddlers including a baby, We were able to enjoy the accommodation provided by Marie. Exceptional stay in this beautifully renovated gite. The layout and decor are very neat in an industrial style mixed with the history and charm of this old brick building. The setting is very pleasant with a river along the property. Nothing to complain about, neither the impeccable cleanliness nor the quality of the bedding and furniture which are impeccable. All the communication with Marion was perfect with quick and accurate responses despite our somewhat late organization. The availability of a sauna and Nordic wood bath included in the service is an undeniable plus. Many thanks to our hosts!

We absolutely loved it!! Virginia was ultra friendly throughout our exchanges, and very responsive, as for the welcome managed by Philippe (his dad), he was perfect! Regarding the accommodation, it is just sublime, very quiet while being extremely well located less than 7/8 min walk from the bustling city center 😁 difficult to do better on the location!! The church very close to the accommodation adds to the charm, and is absolutely not heard (I specify because we were with a bb and it was a fear for naps😆) In short, you'll understand, we recommend this place with your eyes closed, and we'll come back for sure!!
