We respect local communities and we expect the same of our hosts and guests. That is why we do not allow open-invite parties, disruptive gatherings, or other community disturbances during an Airbnb reservation.
We ask our entire Airbnb community to work together to help prevent community disturbances. This includes following our policy, which does not allow:
To help promote safe and responsible travel on Airbnb, we take steps to address community disturbances. For example, we may block certain reservations that we determine to be a higher risk for disruptive gatherings or take action on a user’s account, which can include account removal. See how Airbnb screens for potential disruptive gathering risk.
If we determine that any community member violated this policy, we take appropriate action. This can include educating users, issuing warnings, suspending or removing listings, or suspending or removing the violating accounts.
Members of the community can report a listing that they believe is causing a community disturbance by contacting our dedicated Neighborhood Support team.
If there’s an emergency in progress, please contact local emergency services or law enforcement authorities for assistance. If you're unfamiliar with local emergency services phone numbers, you can use Airbnb to dial emergency services now.
