When guests request to reschedule a service or experience

If guests are within the free cancellation period of their reservation, they can reschedule their service or experience to any other available time and date on your calendar.

Requests to reschedule a reservation outside your cancellation window

If a guest is outside your cancellation window, they can ask to change their reservation date or time. You’ll receive this request in your message thread and you have 24 hours to respond.

If you accept the reschedule request:

  • The booking modification will be completed
  • The new date/time will be added to your calendar
  • You waive any earnings you would have received from a late cancellation

If you decline the reschedule request:

  • The original reservation remains unchanged
  • If the guest subsequently cancels because they can’t make the original date, you are entitled to any earnings from a late cancellation

Reviewing a guest’s request on desktop

  1. Click Messages and go to the message thread with your guest’s request
  2. Click Review
  3. Click Accept or Decline
  4. Click Show details to view the updated reservation
