Change the date or time of your Experience reservation
Change the date or time of your Experience reservation
You booked an Experience, but the date or time no longer works for you? Don’t worry, you don’t have to miss out! You may be able to change your reservation, depending on your Host’s availability and their cancellation policy.
You’ll be able to review any changes in the total cost before you finalize the change.
To reschedule for a different date or time:
- Go to Trips and click the Experience you want to change
- Click Change or cancel
- Under Change the date or time, click Next
- Find a new date or time, and click Choose
- Click Confirm change
- Tap Trips and select the Experience you want to change
- Tap Manage reservation, and tap Change the date or time
- Select a new date or time, and tap Change reservation
- Tap Trips and select the Experience you want to change
- Tap Manage reservation, and tap Change the date or time
- Select a new date or time, and tap Change reservation
- Go to Trips and tap the Experience you want to change
- Tap Manage reservation
- Under Change the date or time, tap Next
- Find a new date or time, and tap Choose
- Tap Confirm change
If the options don’t work for you, you can request to book a date or time that’s not on your Host’s calendar or you can cancel your reservation.
