The place is amazing, its beautiful inside and out and had everything we could need (including a step to get up into the lovely bed). Extra touches such as twinkling lights inside and out, comfortable deck furniture and an easy to use oven made it a lovely place to relax. It was an easy flat walk in towards the town and places to eat and visit. While there we enjoyed Newlyn Meadery, Una Spa and St Michael's mount. Its a lovely romantic hideaway venue and the hosts were kind and helpful.

I loved my stay at Kate & Shane’s place! Though I did not get a chance to meet Kate personally, she was kind and extremely responsive. I was able to meet Shane, who was extremely kind as well, and made sure I had everything I needed for my stay. The tiny home was so cute, cozy and spotlessly clean, and the small patio area was a lovely place to sit on sunny days. The location is perfect, especially for travelers without a car. I was able to walk into town in just a few minutes, to the bus station in less than 10, and to neighboring towns along the coast path! I would highly recommend Kate & Shane’s place for a trip to Cornwall and I hope to return someday myself!

We had such a lovely stay! The house is so beautifully light and peaceful, we loved sitting out on the balcony and listening to the birds. We had everything we could of needed and Linda who lived next door was super helpful and friendly. The house is in a great location for exploring Penzance and beyond. We would highly recommend booking a table at Argoe in nearby Newlyn for some spectacular seafood!

The place is cozy, clean and we can recommend it with a clear conscience! Chris is very friendly, likeable and helpful. Everything is within walking distance. Great location to explore Cornwall! 😊
