Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Hauts-de-Seine

Very nice apartment hotel in a great location. 5th floor with elevator- there are a few steps from the entrance to the elevator but nothing difficult. Very modern apartment. Large bedroom with full king size bed. Spade for sleeper couch a bit tight if you need that. Fully equipped. Nice bathroom. Communications were exc.ellent. However, you don't get the codes for checking in until 24 hours before and only via a web link. I like hard copy a bit earlier. There is a "lobby" for the management next door so help is close by. We didn't realize that. The neighborhood is excellent. Relatively quiet street with several restaurants and plenty more a few minutes walk. Close to bus lines and subway. Grocery store 2 min walk.

We had a wonderful stay we ha’ve spend a perfect anniversary celebration and our children enjoyed the apartment as well. Pascal the owner very helpful the check-in manager Mehdi always responsive and assisted us on check in and check out. Truly recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Paris.

We stayed at Charles’ place for the Olympics and was a great decision! The apartment is close to all attractions and venues in Paris and is only 5 minutes away from a train station that gets you right into central Paris!! The apartment had all amenities for our stay and felt right at home. The local area also has nice restaurants and pubs. Charles was always very responsive and he also arranged for me a flexible checkout time!!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in a cosy place in Paris!!!!

The apartment is centrally located and walking distance to all the touristy attractions. Very easy check-in and check-out. There were minor miscommunications with how to turn on hot water (heater is in kitchen) and exact check-out times, but Alexandre remained helpful throughout it all. We enjoyed the beautiful space and can’t wait to be back.

Thomas’s place was exactly as described. The air conditioning and electric blackout blinds in each bedroom was wonderful for sleeping. There is no air conditioning in the living spaces or basement but those spaces stayed relatively cool. Kitchen was well stocked. There were ice trays in the freezer to use which we put to great use as it was during a heat wave in July. Washer and dryer both worked. Feeding the turtle was simple. Having multiple bathrooms for our family of 6 ( ages 15+) was great. (1- half bath with toilet and sink, 1- half bath with shower and sink, 1- full bath with shower/bath, toilet and sink). Master bedroom on second floor has access to terrace and has a ceiling fan in addition to air conditioning. There are 3 flights of stairs and no bedrooms on the main floor. Closest Metro stop on the M 4 Bagneux line was Marie de Montrouge, Sortie (Exit) 5 or 6. Multiple grocery stores, restaurants and bakeries within 2 blocks as well as a park. We would stay here again.

House well suited to groups because there are lots of rooms , which is nice. The neighborhood is quiet and there are a few shops nearby which is very nice. We had a great time at Olivier's

My 6-day stay was very pleasant, like the previous one in the same accommodation a month ago. Christel was attentive and caring (small bouquet of flowers on the kitchen table when I arrived). I recommend their place.

Great stay! The house is pleasant, with its enclosed garden. Located next to a park, and close to the RER to get to Paris quickly There were 9 of us and each couple had their own room. 🤩

Second weekend of work in the house. The environment is very pleasant, the house is functional and well-located, close to shops, restaurants, and transport. Communication with Olivia is easy, she responds very quickly to requests, with kindness. I would highly recommend it!

This is a GREAT place to stay. The bunk room is great for lots of kids. The main bedroom is as described. The pull out sofa is actually comfortable. I personally slept on it for 3 nights and it was great. It was not one of the ones with a terrible and uncomfortable bar in the middle. It is a legitimate additional bed. The AC works great and the windows have automatic privacy shades that can make each room completely dark...great for sleeping off jetlag. The town is fairly quiet. A couple of nice bakeries nearby to grab breakfast foods. The metro station is a gentle, flat, 10 min walk and the line goes through the Latin Quarter to Notre Dame and all the way to Sacre Coeur. Very clean and easy to travel. The neighborhood is surrounded by schools and families walking around. This is a great place to stay, I would certainly recommend it, especially to a family. Great alternative to expensive hotel in city.

We had a great stay. My only wish is that the heat in the bedroom could be controlled by the visitor. At night it was very cold and the heat from the living room didn't carry in. The owners were very pleasant. Especially the gentleman. He brought down his grandson's playstation for my son and was very kind to my big baby. The wifi is inconsistent and cell service can be rough because essentially your under the house but on nice days it was easy to sit outside and take my work calls. Train access was spot on. We got everywhere we needed with great ease. I would book again.

The apartment is a second floor walk-up (35 steps) in an older, but secure and clean building, near a metro stop. It is on a busy street, above a Mexican restaurant, but the apartment is quiet and there are no odors from the business below. There are many windows that open, so that the place is light and airy. The kitchen appliances that we used were in good working order. There is good water pressure and ample hot water. The Internet connection is fine and the TV has all the main French channels. The bed is comfortable and we slept well. The host was prompt to meet us at the apartment and answered our questions. The apartment is comfortable and spacious (for Paris) with many personal decorative touches, including some intriguing original Chagall-esque paintings. This is a good, convenient choice for a couple to visit the many historical and cultural sights of Paris.

This is a wonderful apartment right in the heart of Paris. The place looks exactly like the photos and comes with everything you might need. We immediately felt at home in this fantastic space—my kids didn’t want to leave! Bedis was a great host and he and his property manager were very responsive when needed. No regrets booking this stay!

Very nice place and true to the photos! The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. It's close to the Parc des Expositions, perfect for a business trip. Florence is a thoughtful and responsive host. Recommended!
