Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Hauts-de-Seine

Thomas’s place was exactly as described. The air conditioning and electric blackout blinds in each bedroom was wonderful for sleeping. There is no air conditioning in the living spaces or basement but those spaces stayed relatively cool. Kitchen was well stocked. There were ice trays in the freezer to use which we put to great use as it was during a heat wave in July. Washer and dryer both worked. Feeding the turtle was simple. Having multiple bathrooms for our family of 6 ( ages 15+) was great. (1- half bath with toilet and sink, 1- half bath with shower and sink, 1- full bath with shower/bath, toilet and sink). Master bedroom on second floor has access to terrace and has a ceiling fan in addition to air conditioning. There are 3 flights of stairs and no bedrooms on the main floor. Closest Metro stop on the M 4 Bagneux line was Marie de Montrouge, Sortie (Exit) 5 or 6. Multiple grocery stores, restaurants and bakeries within 2 blocks as well as a park. We would stay here again.

a beautiful home with a decor and atmosphere of art lovers. Ideally located in the neighborhood right next to the Saint-Ouen flea market, line 13 is less than 100 m away, we are in Saint Lazare in 6 stations. You can walk to the Sacré-Cœur. The neighborhood is really very warm with excellent butcher shops for your barbecues in summer. I hope we get a chance to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Marie and JF's place is quiet with a nice little patio in front that included a very low basketball hoop that our kids enjoyed playing on. The location is great: just down a quiet street from the Marie Montrouge metro stop and the town square with several restaurants, so it was convenient to get into Paris and see all the sites, yet you could retreat to the relative quiet of Montrouge in the evenings. The bistro right on the square was particularly good. JF and Marie were very friendly and accommodating. The house is nice and quaint with plenty of beds for our family of six. It is old though, so there are some quirks and occasional spiders and bugs that visit. Also, there is a washer but not an electric dryer like it says in the listing, only a drying rack. Overall, we would stay here again.

Great stay, super accessible and consistent with the photos apart from the garden. We took this house to be able to enjoy it but unfortunately the grass was not mowed so it was impossible to fully enjoy the garden. We still had a lovely time.

We had a fantastic stay at Marines place. She was very accommodating when we needed any thing and a very responsive host. Would definitely recommend for larger groups!

Great stay! The house is pleasant, with its enclosed garden. Located next to a park, and close to the RER to get to Paris quickly There were 9 of us and each couple had their own room. 🤩

Second weekend of work in the house. The environment is very pleasant, the house is functional and well-located, close to shops, restaurants, and transport. Communication with Olivia is easy, she responds very quickly to requests, with kindness. I would highly recommend it!

A rare find - home away from home if you have young children. The hosts were very thoughtful that we had our 4 year old and infant with us and they left out thoughtful touches. As any young family can understand, traveling with little ones can be stressful and unfamiliar. The toys and baby items they had available made it a much more enjoyable trip for the whole family. The girls looked forward to coming back to the apartment to play with the toys. 100% recommend and would stay here again. Especially for families with young children.

We stayed at Marko & Halimeina's apartment for 5 nights. The stay was amazing! The apartment is great for a family with little kids. The beds are comfortable, the place was squeaky clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was amazing-- many restaurants downstairs, close to the metro, but still a quiet place. We will definitely come back again

Marine’s place is one of the best stays I had! She is very responsive and the home is spacious which is perfect for a group of four. You can see the Eiffel Tower just a few minutes walk from home. The district is safe and private, and there is a big supermarket just downstairs and we can get groceries easily. As our flight is at night, Marine is so kind and allows us to check out late so that we dont need to carry the luggages to walk around on street before flying. Would definitely recommend to others!

This was the third time over nine years that we have had the great good fortune to stay in Claire's sublime apartment on rue de Lévis. The first time was with our then 11-year-old son; and the next times were just the two of us. Claire is extremely helpful , welcoming, and kind, and her apartment is beautiful, clean, and situated on what might just be the best street in Paris -- which is saying a lot! Her very large and wide 5th floor terrace, with a long outdoor dining table and chairs as well as a wide awning, overlooks a street where cars mostly do not go; so people casually stroll along the dozens of delicious food stores and restaurants and cafés, as well as other clothing and specialty stores, making the whole experience seem from another, happier, world. There is a calm and a joy, both inside and outside, from the moment one shows up. We are sad to leave, but cannot wait for our next visit!

Great apartment, convenient location, everything you need is nearby and it’s close to public transport. Highly recommended!

The apartment is very clean and it’s on a quiet neighborhood in the outskirts of Paris. If you don’t mind taking the trains, it’s a great place to stay. There’s a bakery, coffee shops and a supermarket close by. Inside, the place is very clean and the beds are very comfortable. Rebecca is very responsive and flexible! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again!

Gorgeous home from home in the city of lights. 2nd time staying, and would do it again and again!

I've only used hotels in the Billancourt area, and this time I used Gary's house for the first time. The indoor atmosphere was very clean, and it was a spacious enough house for 2 people. Gary was kind enough to greet us late at night. I would like to use it again next time. Thank you.

We stayed here for 5 days with our family and really enjoyed it. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos. The apartment is very cosy and located in a beautiful building. The hosts were quick, clear, and helpful in all their responses. There’s also a detailed guide with all the instructions – very convenient. The neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant, with a great location not far from Paris. We definitely recommend this place!

Thanks Nicolas, we had a great time in your apartment. The view is amazing. Great accessibility to the metro. In 10 minutes in the city center. Great bakery right outside the door and otherwise everything is within walking distance. We put our car in the underground garage for 17.50 euros per day. Doesn't need the car at all. We will definitely be back and can only recommend Nicolas and his apartment.

This is a wonderful apartment right in the heart of Paris. The place looks exactly like the photos and comes with everything you might need. We immediately felt at home in this fantastic space—my kids didn’t want to leave! Bedis was a great host and he and his property manager were very responsive when needed. No regrets booking this stay!
