Little flat 37 m2 20’ from Toulouse

A muret, en étage. Une chambre avec lit en 160, une pièce à vivre avec une cuisine et un canapé qui se transforme en 140. Il est possible de cuisiner, c'est très calme, drap, linge de toilette disponible. Idéal pour deux, possible d’y dormir à 4 mais le logement en étage au dessus de bureaux fait 37 m2 ce n’est pas grand. Le second couchage est un canapé qui se trouve dans l’espace séjour cuisine. Il est un peu excentré, 5 min à pied du centre ville. Piscine partagée.

A charming, studio flat in the heart of the Pyrenees in the beautiful village of Arrout. A light and airy room in a 18th century barn conversion with a newly fitted kitchen. You have your own entrance and a private bathroom . French windows open onto a little patio and garden and views of the woods and there are beautiful views of the mountains (and snow) from the garden and village. We live next door in the main house.
