Private room with full autonomy

The ROOM (without kitchen) is completely self-contained, private toilet and bathroom, access through a private entrance to the accommodation. It is located in a part of our house and can ideally accommodate 2 people (up to 3 if necessary, extra charge of €10/night). In the event that the 2nd bed (armchair convertible into single extra bed) is necessary, even for 2 guests, an additional €10 will be charged upon arrival. The room is to be left clean (or €10 cleaning fee)

Il est possible de cuisiner, c'est très calme, drap, linge de toilette disponible. Idéal pour deux, possible d’y dormir à 4 mais le logement en étage au dessus de bureaux fait 37 m2 ce n’est pas grand. Le second couchage est un canapé qui se trouve dans l’espace séjour cuisine. Il est un peu excentré, 5 min à pied du centre ville. Piscine partagée.

My studio is in a family home, access is completely independent to preserve your privacy. double bed, single bed for separate sleeping, table, chair, shelf… We ask you to inform us of the number of people, separate bed or not, reason for your stay and if possible the time of arrival. Please note that we have installed two cameras on the terrace for the safety of our tenants.
