Very nice place within walking distance of beach and boardwalk. Stef and Keith were friendly and responsive.

Perfect for our needs. Walked to the beach, boards and restaurants. Clean. Easy to access. Couldn’t have asked for more.

The place was beautiful, clean and comfy. The beds were very conformable and the location was perfect to the boardwalk and beach. They were very quick to respond for any questins we may have a had.

We enjoyed our stay! We ended up doing more of a staycation given we had young babies and it was perfect. Quick walk to beach but we also had everything we needed for us and our kids. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the host gave GREAT recommendations.

pictures don't do this place justice!! couple houses from the beach, great places to eat and do activities within walking distance. every time I had a question the host got back to me almost instantly. back yard is amazing for bbq and just relaxing. back yard also has a shed with a big tv comfortable bed and is just a great place to hang out. I can't think of a single thing that did not exceed my expectations can't recommend this place enough I will definitely be back!

The stay was great. The home had everything that was needed. Extra sheets, pillows, blankets and plenty of towels. It was so nice to sit on the porch on sunnier days (stayed in March, i knew it would be chilly). We walked to the boardwalk to catch the sun rise and visited the bay for sunsets. The house was clean and tidy when I arrived. The keurig broke on day 2 but the hosts very quickly brought a new one over. The hosts answered every question very quickly and provided all information needed. Washer and dryer were absolutely an added bonus for a two week stay. Appreciate the flexibility of the hosts and I'm looking forward to booking with them again! I would definitely recommend to friends or family members.

Renee & Joe’s place was well maintained and had plenty of room for our family of 4. The beach was a quick two block walk and the bay was within walking distance. There are some restaurants within walking distance but much more in a just a 5 minute drive. This includes the Fantasy Island amusement park in Beach Haven. Renee & Joe were very helpful and even left a nice welcome gift when we arrived.

We loved our extended stay here. Bare bones house but exactly what was pictured. The shower in the en-suite is fantastic. I would only change the window treatments in the main bedroom they are too small to actually block the sun. Also the pool table is not full size and there are no tables to put drinks on etc. bring your own mugs too. All in all we had a good time and would stay here again. Thank you!

My whole family (10 people plus 2 kids and 2 babies) stayed here for a few days. Some arrived before the check in time, but were still able to get in after Will’s fast response. We appreciated that. The place was perfectly clean and surprisingly very baby friendly! We didn’t have to hide any fragile or tiny decor from the kids. The house comfortably accommodated so many people without feeling cramped. We loved being able to use the bikes provided. We also appreciated the reasonable clean up/check out rules which was a relief since many Airbnb homes pretty much ask you to scrub the place completely clean yourself before the cleaners come. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wedding in Smithville and spent the Thanksgiving holiday at this house. There was 11 of us and we had plenty of space. House was clean and comfortable.

Great family house. 6 adults and two very little children. Kitchen is spacious and the large and beautiful island was a great gathering spot for all. Grilled out in secluded yard that has outdoor furniture and fire pits. Added perks of boogie boards, beach umbrellas, etc. Large grocery store around corner. This house had everything that we needed for a week of respite and family fun.

The condo was very clean and updated. It was exactly as described/shown in the pictures with an amazing view. Location is in a nice quiet area and has the supermarket/restaurants right down the road. Roger was very responsive and the check in and out process was very easy with the instructions he provided. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to staying here again!

Was a great place for our family to spend the weekend. It was easy to walk to the beach and boardwalk as well as local restaurants and a nice playground. The place had the perfect shore feel and fit our crew easily. It was great having access to some chairs and beach tags as also.

It's a great place to stay. There were a couple minor problems that he was not aware of and as soon as i let him know he took care of them instantly. It's a great place to fly a drone if you have one. I would definitely recommend this house to others!

Great place to stay out clean modern and overall just gorgeous house loved my stay and extremely affordable it’s a bang for your buck in my opinion
