Spacious barn with pool ideal for exploring Kent

Nunfield Barn is a beautifully converted barn and one portion of the house is internally separated for our Airbnb guests, with its own entrance, downstairs toilet, kitchen/dining area and living room with doors leading to a private patio. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower. There is an above ground pool for use in summer, a front garden shared with us when we are here. There are fields &orchards across the road and we are 15 minute drive to Leeds Castle

Light, airy large spacious studio above detached double garage. This studio has lovely high ceilings although some are sloping in the bed area and in the bathroom. The views are truely breathtaking, of north downs. Fantastic location close to both M20 an M2 so good for exploring all areas of Kent, or as a break on your journey. Located in Detling village so very close to the Kent County Showground, where regular large events are held. Also a short distance from Leeds Castle.

My first time down romney sands with my girlfriend. We both loved the location of shingle bay 11 and it was really peaceful location of the hoilday park. Julie was an execellent host and couldnt fault her. She and scott came out to sort out the tv in the bedroom for us. Im defo going to book shingle bay 11 in the future hoilday. This is a hidden gem!!! We had the most beautiful stay at Tracy and Nigel’s and will definitely be back. Everything is immaculately clean and presented to such a high quality. The surroundings are picturesque - it’s private and peaceful. The hot tub was easy to use, clean and so relaxing. Our little dog loved running around the field. And Tracy had thought of so many sweet touches - a little basket of toys and treats for our dog and delicious cupcakes for us. So glad we picked this place and we can’t wait to visit again!

What a wonderful property Daweswood is! It’s stunning and had everything we needed for our weekend. Allister was lovely, he always responded quickly to my (many) questions in advance of our stay and on the check in day provided so much information and very clear instructions that made it all go smoothly. He even checked in with us after our first night which was lovely. I couldn’t recommend Daweswood and Allister as a host enough, I will absolutely be recommending him, and really hope to stay again.
