Thank you Tom for our last night on my first holiday with my daughter. We stayed at your home to ease the pressure of me driving 390 miles in a day. We really wanted to spend an extra night, unfortunately you was booked up. Hope to stay again. Thank you for letting me create an amazing experience with my daughter.

Beautiful 3-Bed House in Chester-le-Street

NatalieRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We loved our stay! The house was lovely, very clean and perfect for what we needed. There were lots of lovely little touches like house shoes and toiletries in the bathroom and even a bottle of wine on arrival! Lots of leaflets of things to do too and the house looked just like the pictures. The only downside was that there was no lock on the toilet door and the bedrooms only have blinds (no curtails) which meant that the rooms were very bright very early. But the house was great and we enjoyed our stay.

House near Hadrian’s Way river walk to City

LauraRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
The perfect place to stay for a trip to Newcastle. Sandra was an amazing host, very proactive with her communication, very responsive to any questions and went above and beyond to make our stay lovely. As this trip was a Birthday present for my partner who supports Newcastle United, we even had a special personalised welcome package which was so thoughtful. The home is spotless, comfy beds, quiet location, nice hot shower, lovely outdoor patio area to enjoy the sunshine in. Property had everything you need to feel at home. Its also has good bus links to the city centre. Would highly recommend this place and hope we can stay again :)

Townhouse in Durham

LindaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
What a wonderful place to stay. The house is a lot bigger than it appears on the photos. There is a lovely fresh odour in the house. The kitchen is beautiful and has everything you need. The entire house is spotlessly clean. The bedrooms are so big. Beds are comfy, good pillows, the bedding is of good quality, beautifully smelling. Lots of sockets in all the rooms. In the front bedroom there is a desk/dressing table. I would say take a mirror with you because there aren't any in the bedrooms. There is a full length mirror on the landing though with a socket nearby. The shower is the best ever!!! Hot water near enough instant. Heaven!! The property is about 20 minutes walk to the City centre- plenty of busses if you dont fancy the walk. Thank you Stuart, we loved staying at your lovely townhouse and if we ever come back to Durham we would look to stay with you again.

PhilRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Had a great stay at the cozy caravan. It was spotlessly clean, well decorated and had good pictures. The kitchen was very well equipped, in addition to the usual there was an Airfryer, slow cooker and blender as well as a full sized fridge/freezer, comfy bed and great TV. Would definitely return when working in the area, it was a real home from home, loved it.

Caravan in Yorkshire

PamRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had an enjoyable couple of nights away. Lovely, homely, clean caravan. No WiFi so had the teenagers playing board games! Didn't realise we had to get entertainment passes to go into the restaurant and these are quite expensive if you're only staying a couple of nights....at least we know for next time. The beach was a short walk away and was fairly quiet...ahhh, peace. Would highly recommend.

The Old Milk House

JennieRating, 5 stars15 months ago
Russell and Clare are great hosts who have created comfortable, well-appointed accommodation which is warm and cosy in winter and I imagine light and airy in summer. The beds were lush. The shower is great - powerful and consistent temperature. Eppleby is peaceful with walks from the cottage, a local shop & tea room - very friendly - and pub. It's a great location for exploring Richmondshire and Co. Durham. We had a relaxing short break at The Old Milk House and hope to return.

Outstanding detached holiday home ..

AnnabelRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
What a beautiful place! We stayed as a family of 6 adults and 5 children, the children ranged in age from 15-3 and the house suited everyone. The kids loved the garden and the grandparents loved the places you could go for a little relax. The view from the top back bedroom is a beautiful sea view - just fabulous. The location is perfect for Runswick Bay beach and a walk along the Cleveland Way. It’s also a short drive to Sandsend and Staithes. The property is immaculate and is very well equipped for everything you might need. Highly recommended .

Cosy two-bed cottage. Sleeps 4. Pets welcome.

RachelRating, 5 stars5 days ago
We had a lovely couple of days at Marvic cottage in Staithes. The cottage was charming and had everything we needed without feeling cluttered. Very clean and fab to have extra touches like coffee, milk, snacks, washing up liquid, soap etc. We pre-booked our parking with Glen View parking and found it easy to carry our bags down the hill as the cottage was on the high street and easy to find. We loved the central location near to all the cafes and shops and not far from the beach. We found the location worked well for us & the cottage felt comfortable and relaxing. Our fav place to eat out was the Cod & Lobster and we loved exploring the little streets and paths and discovering pretty corners and rock pooling at low tide. Would recommend to others and would stay there again, we felt it was great value.

Secluded 2 bedroom cabin with wood fired hot tub

MollyRating, 5 stars3 days ago
The cabin was an absolute delight!! We all had such a lovely time, and honestly did not want to leave! Our 5 year old and 1 year old had an absolute ball, and they especially loved just stepping straight out the door into the woods, being able to explore. We loved the hot tub, it was easy to use, and amazing using it surrounded by trees and birds! The cabin was so cosy, we cannot fault a thing, and the little gifts left for our arrival were so very lovely! We all very much needed this little escape, and it is the perfect place to just relax and slow down. Thank you!! We will be recommending 100% and already planning our return šŸ™‚

River View, Frosterley in Weardale

JohnRating, 5 stars6 months ago
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we felt at home from the day we arrived. The cottage was perfect for our extended stay (a month) and we will fondly remember our time in the cottage, Frosterley and the Weardale and North Pennines area. Our hosts were very friendly, laid back and made us feel wonderfully relaxed during our stay. The cottage was warm, comfortable and well appointed and ideal for our needs. We would definitely recommend River View Cottage and the other accommodation in the courtyard to family and friends and we would definitely consider returning in the future for another break.
