Lovely location, very peaceful and private. Very cosy and had everything we could need, tea coffee biscuits and milk were there for us. Loved the feel of the studio with the log burner and the pictures and ornaments made it so homely. Bed so comfortable and we had the best nights sleep. Thank you

We booked Sarah’s place for a coworker to stay near to our place of work on Preston Farm Industrial Estate. We found Sarah’s house perfect for what we needed, comfortable, clean and near to the places we needed. Would recommend Sarah’s place to anyone staying in the Stockton area.

For a single mum I found the place perfect the beach’s omg with real sand that is a must , this place amazing was a home from home but with loads of bench’s and felt like a Holiday also , the owner also amazing I made a little mistake and she was nothing but helpful kind and caring which as a single mum means the world when booking , I will be back for sure as my son and dogs loved the bench’s I loved the bath and cosy feel the place gave me , x

Property was exactly what we were looking for, felt right at home as soon as we walked through the door. Neutral decor and comfortable furnishing. We had an issue with the boiler one day, but with prompt communication this was sorted asap. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. Thank you

Me and my husband visited as a family with our 8 year old daughter and two tiny chihuahuas. Our dogs can be a bit happy which was absolutely my motivation for picking this location, secluded quiet and most importantly the courtyard area with the hot tub was entirely secure. Meaning we could relax in the hot tub without worrying about any unexpected puppy escapes. The place itself was beautiful inside , the only bathroom is in the main bedroom but in a family setting this is absolutely no issue. It was the perfect setting for cooking, playing board games and watching movies. We were able to walk the dogs, spend time as a family and all had a comfortable uninterrupted nights sleep. I can see us returning for sure!
