We had a lovely time staying at Frog Manor. Richard was very helpful and flexible and the home and grounds were vast and beautiful. We were lucky enough to be there on a hot weekend so we spent a lot of time at the outside patio area, where there is a hot tub, outside bathroom and a great outdoor cooking space with a gas bbq, outdoor sinks and counter space. All the bedrooms were lovely and spacious, and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. Overall I couldn’t recommend Frog Manor more!

Lovely stay. We love this part of the country and the stay here was great. The living space was relaxing and the beds were very comfy too. We all slept very well. Kitchen was well maintained and very easy to use. We even cooked a Sunday lunch easily! Hot tub was great too. We would highly recommend.

A lovely, homely, spacious place to stay, very cosy and comfortable. It was perfect for us and our dogs. We will definitely seek this place out again.

We had a lovely couple of nights in Tracey's lovely home. It beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We had comfy beds so 2 great night's sleep! The lounge was great to kick back and relax in with a glass of fizz. The neighbourhood was very quiet and peaceful. Great location- walking distance into Chester and all it's charm and great restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Tracey

Great house for extended family gathering. Quiet location with easy access to the city and nearby parks and cafes (& the fabulous Lark St) Ample street parking. House stylishly decorated and stocked with tea/proper coffee and everything required in a working kitchen. Very pleasant outdoor courtyard area perfect for morning coffee in the sun! (& there was sun!!)

Our stay at the Cottage was absolutely wonderful. The place was cozy, peaceful, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable time. Helen and her husband were a fantastic host—very welcoming and kind. The thoughtful touches throughout the Cottage made the stay feel extra special. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable retreat.

Amazing! Caroline was extremely helpful prior to our arrival with lots of key information and helpful local tips. The accommodation was spotless! Beautifully present and very comfortable for our family of 5. The pictures do not do justice to for the size of the downstairs space. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable and great to have two separate bathrooms and showers. The countryside surroundings were stunning and very relaxing spending evenings in the hot tub after long walks. We visited some great pubs and restaurants in the local area. We had a lovely weekend away at A’s place. The house was easy to find, had good and private parking and was very spacious (bigger than it looks on the photos!). The beds were really comfortable and the living room was super cosy. The kitchen was also great and had every item you would need for self catering. The cleanliness of some of the glasses, plates and pans was not 100% and we did need to hand-wash a few items - I think this could be due to the dishwasher. The pool was great, we visited in January in the snow and were able to swim every day. A was super friendly and informative at check-in and gave us some local recommendations. Thanks for having us!! :)

We had the most wonderful stay at Gillon's place, Gillon and his family were wonderful hosts from start to finish and the house and facilities were amazing, not forgetting our new house mate Margot the dog. We would have had the best time as a group wherever we were but the pool and surroundings made this weeekend extra special. Thank you so much for helping us create more incredible memories together.

The cottage was beautiful and really cosy. The area was really quiet, but really close to pubs and a shop (walking distance). We really enjoyed in the jacuzzi, nice warm and we managed to enjoy the swimming pool too. Russell was really responsive to all of your queries.

We had an amazing time in this stunning house! Would definitely recommend! Our dog loved it too, cosying up by the fire each night after long walks in the countryside. The views are stunning, the decor is stylish and super comfy. We had everything we needed. Couldn’t have wished for a better stay! Thank you!

Nice caravan, easy to book lovely stay

We had the privilege of being the very first guests at Northwood Farmhouse Lodge and had an unforgettable stay. The lodge itself is stunning; beautifully decorated to a high standard and set within breathtaking grounds that include a tranquil lake and a pool. Nestled in a charming village surrounded by peaceful countryside, the location was idyllic. Everyone we encountered was warm and welcoming. Louise, the host, was exceptional! She greeted us personally on arrival, provided clear directions ahead of our visit, and offered excellent local recommendations. She was always quick to respond and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Absolutely beautiful home - rooms and outside space was so much bigger than we expected! We stayed for a hen party, and the space was exactly what we needed. Host responded very quickly and even popped in when we needed some extra bits. Pool was a lovely touch, easy to use and warm enough for a late dip even on a cold April evening! Thank you!

Absolutely stunning, spottless and spacious, the best ever private parking. Lovely building. Perfectly prepped and owner on hand via messages very responsive but gives totally privacy. 10/10 Would 100% go again.

We have just had a wonderful three-night stay here. Wyn was so friendly and we were really impressed with the cottage. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a perfect break. Wyn had very kindly left some prosecco, beers and milk in the fridge for us, which was such a lovely surprise on arrival. The views from the cottage are wonderful and there is so much to do, right from the front door. We were there for a cycling and running weekend and were spoilt for choice on local routes. Wyn recommended a local restaurant for us to try which was fantastic. It was a really relaxing stay. Thank you, Wyn (and Max the lovely dog!).

Great little cottage with every amenity (washing machine, dishwasher USB sockets etc etc) you need for a very comfortable stay. Nice design too. The enclosed yard is handy for dog owners.

We didn’t want to stay in town and needed free parking, so that’s how we chose this booking. We loved our time here! So convenient to the train, the supermarket, and laundry (washme machines), all walkable; public transport is very nearby into Liverpool. Off-street parking in the driveway was an added bonus. So much space inside and seating outside too in gardens, if weather allows (which it did). Great internet…cosy heating…tasteful apartment with lots of linens and kitchen supplies…helpful and engaging hosts! Extremely quiet neighbourhood and the apartment itself is very peaceful. Book with confidence. Go!

The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. It was well equipped. Great location with lots to do. Enjoyed a good curry at Village Spice in Corwen and walks around Llangollen.
