If you want to go back to basic, have an open mind and don't need perfection, then relax and enjoy our self-made garden house! We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. The (20 square m.) little house is simple, but under the care of a big Douglas Pine tree and with enough basic elements in kitchen, house and own private garden you can feel relaxed safe and happy! 26 km from Amsterdam 24 km Utrecht 5,6 km Hilversum 200m from nature!

Cozy studio in the center of the village of Driehuis, between IJmuiden and Santpoort, with many opportunities for cycling to the beach, sea, and dunes. Bicycles available. The bus station is 2 minutes away, and the train station 8 minutes away from Amsterdam, Haarlem, and Alkmaar. From the studio, it is 10 minutes from the DFDS Seaways ferry line connecting IJmuiden to New Castle.......... a private studio near Amsterdam... A wonderful bike ride in the dunes. The studio has its own entrance.

The 40m2 guesthouse is located in recreation area "Spaarnwoude", (3 persons in the house and we can host 2 extra persons (kids) in a caravan) included season shared pool and with a all year around outside hottub close to the beach of IJmuiden/Zandvoort and train-busstation Amsterdam Sloterdijk (15min). Just 5 minutes from the city center of Haarlem, in the cosy but quite neighborhood "the Leidsebuurt" you can find a totally renovated apartment in my house. Guests have a separate entrance. I live on the second and third floor. Total of 50 m2 studio incl. luxurious private bathroom with bath. There is a small kitchenette with fridge, oven/microwave, washing machine, coffee maker and an electric cooker. 25 km from Amsterdam and the beach and dunes are 7 km. 2 bicycles available for free.

Een prive badkamer, gevulde minibar, koffie en thee, 1 heerlijk 2 persoons bed (180breedx240lang) en je eigen tuin! De badkamer is voorzien van alle gemakken met onder andere vloerverwarming, een stortdouche, wasbak en toilet. Clamping in Holland!

Nice, new and private. A fully equipped ground-floor studio in a 150 year old riverside house. It has everything to make your stay comfortable. Nice living with a view on the Spaarne River, lovely boxspring bed, and a large bathroom with a rain shower. It's a 15-minute walk along the river to the city center, and you can do it in 5 minutes by bikes we provide. 20 min to Amsterdam by bus or train, 20 min to the beach bus/train, bike 30 min. It is 40 minutes from the airport.

This romantic houseboat ADRIANA in the heart of Amsterdam is for real lovers of historic ships. Built in 1888, this is one of the oldest boats in Amsterdam and is located in the Jordaan near the Anne Frank house and the Centraal Station. The ship has 5G internet, TV, central heating and free parking. You have exclusive use, owner present. Outside on the deck one has a beautiful view of the Keizersgracht and there are many shops and restaurants around the corner.

Also within cycling distance: the best shopping city in the Netherlands, Haarlem, with its many restaurants and cozy pubs. Easily accessible by train and only 30 minutes from Amsterdam city center.
