This lovely apartment, located on the second floor, has a beautiful view over the countryside, is directly on the water and offers plenty of privacy. Through the front door you enter a spacious hall where you walk up the stairs and enter the apartment. Through the hallway you will reach the bedroom with a comfortable double box-spring bed. Opposite the bedroom is the toilet with next to it the spacious bathroom. At the end of the hallway is the spacious cozy living room with kitchen and also two sleeping places.

The spacious, covered terrace of 6x3 meters (west) can easily be moved into the living room. You really sit at the (swimming)water of the clean lake. Our home is a completely renovated dike house from 1889, and your room has beautiful views of the Gouwzee and in the evening, you can see the lights of Monnickendam. After a good night's rest, you will enjoy your own wonderful waterfront terrace. Your apartment has its own entrance and is on the second floor of our beautiful house. Be aware that there is NO kitchen.

Easily accessible by train and only 30 minutes from Amsterdam Centrum.

Romantic stay with a view from your bed on the water and a double swing From the love-seat, you can watch the TV or the fireplace (heating) and you will have it cozy in winter or in summer you can enjoy reading or playing games outside on the terrace at the water. Kayak or 2 supboarding can be booked. There are also bicycles, which you can borrow for free. The bathroom is 1 step outside the pipo and all alone for you/you.
