We had a fantastic stay at Rainer’s home during our trip to Munich. The property is spacious, newly renovated, and beautifully furnished with a warm, inviting interior that made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the large, well-maintained backyard—our kids absolutely loved playing there, and it provided a perfect space for us to relax. The home is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with easy access to scenic walking trails, which we enjoyed exploring as a family. There was also plenty of parking space available, which made things very convenient. Rainer was a wonderful host—attentive, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and offered great local recommendations. Overall, this was a truly enjoyable and comfortable stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend Rainer’s home to anyone visiting Munich and surrounding area.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house, which is just a 25-minute drive from the center of Munich. The location was perfect for us – quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to the city to enjoy all that Munich has to offer. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and we especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. The hosts were fantastic – very pleasant, responsive, and helpful. They answered our questions quickly and made sure we had all the information we needed. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient base near Munich. We would be happy to stay here again!

A lovely place to stay. We loved spending time on the patio and looking out at the beautiful view. Lots of space to relax in. All the bedrooms are stunning and spacious. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Munich.

Although our recent trip to Bavaria included castles, amazing cuisine and incredible sights, one of our fondest and most special memories will forever be meeting Hubertus and Jennifer. You will not find two more caring, more thoughtful hosts and our stay at their cottage was absolutely wonderful. The love and warmth they put into their cottage is self evident and reflects in almost every detail of their home. From the handwritten welcome note and bottle of wine we received on arrival to their recommendations and helpful tips as we navigated the surrounding areas, we felt as though we were staying with old friends and were looked after with such special attention and care. My husband and I feel so grateful to have met them and could not recommend others to book a stay at their cottage strongly enough. Thank you again for everything! It truly was a perfect stay :)

our family had a really great time staying at Madsen's place. though walking to the train station takes around 10-15mins but it was an easy walk with nice greeneries and houses to look at. The apartment had everything from soya sauce for cooking to playmobil and Lego to keep the kids entertained. our kids love the place very much. it is a really spacious and well thought out apartment. lastly, Madsen has been a really really great and thoughtful host, will definitely recommend people to stay on his properties!

Everything is neat, clean, works, and the kitchen even contains important, helpful things like salt, sugar, vinegar and the like, which you don't bring with you and don't want to buy because of the impractical package sizes. In the bathroom, the same picture regarding toiletries that you may have forgotten to bring yourself.

Nothing to complain about. We stayed with 4 people. All was fine. Kinda liked it there was some coffee and tea for the mornings. Thanks veronika!

It was a few wonderful days! Susanne and her husband are friendly and very helpful and try to make everything possible - even if it is a flashlight for climbing the mountain at night. 😁👍🏻 Thank you very much again for that! We were all very comfortable! The only downside is the lack of a stove, but for the few days we could manage well and we ate at an alpine hut. 😋

A beautiful, super clean, lovingly furnished and designed apartment, as good as new and modern. A fellow traveler directly stated that he would move into this apartment. As described, the apartment was also very centrally located. Bakeries, restaurants and ice cream parlors are a few minutes' walk away, or right outside the door. The famous spa in Erding can be reached in a few minutes by car. But the absolutely caring, very friendly and helpful hosts were outstanding. Messages were responded to promptly. I have never felt so well taken care of in any vacation apartment.

The apartment was really as shown in the pictures, very clean, loving and well maintained. You felt very comfortable. In addition, cool drinks and sweets were prepared. The communication was simple and uncomplicated. So everything is wonderful and we'll be back.

The hostess is very friendly and helpful. The place is very nice and lovingly furnished. To get to Augsburg by public transport, it is also ideally located. We would book again anytime.

When I booked I knew very little about Munich. But this apartment looked comfortable and maybe near where I wanted to be. I was really happy to find the location was walkable to lots of places - English Garden, high end shops and affordable ones, and I really liked walking along the Isar River after dinner. There are tram stops and subway stations nearby so I only used cab/Uber once in 4 days. The apartment is just as listed. It was clean and comfortable. I had a question before my visit, and one while I was there, and Peter got back to me right away. I would easily stay there again.

We take the best memories from our 1-week stay in the beautiful and perfectly furnished apartment. The accommodation is highly recommended, corresponds exactly to the description and looks even more beautiful than in the pictures. Rainer is an excellent host who is always available for questions. Also, we found his provided information material perfect. We found everything very clean and the view from the balcony into the lush greenery is beautiful even in the rain. The region with a variety of well signposted hiking trails is perfect for active holidays on one side and slowing down on the other. The Schliersee is a few minutes' walk away. Shopping and the bakery are within walking distance in a few minutes. We felt very comfortable and had a great time. We really lacked nothing. Absolutely lucky! Thank you for everything! We will be happy to come back :)

The birdsong wakes you up in the morning and you drink the first coffee on the balcony overlooking the countryside while the water splashes in the pond. We had a wonderful stay in Johanna's green oasis. The apartment is chicly furnished with great colors and tasteful decor. The kitchen is also very well equipped - sharp knives and well-preserved utensils. Work works with the existing WiFi most of the time. Munich is a 30-minute drive away.

Great apartment 6 min walk to Marienplatz and everything else. Very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. This was our second time there. Lemlem allowed an early check in which was extremely helpful and organized a really early taxi to the airport also extremely helpful. If was to go to M again I would stay here.

The best premium budget AirBnB: this is the best apartment close to Munich and surroundings for a fair budget. For two people with a car, perfect choice. (35 min by car/1h 15 min by public transport to Munich) It is really a fair deal, which is perfect for all young flexible people for longer but in my case also shorter trips. I thank you in advance for everything and clearly it is not my last time here 😉
