We had a fantastic stay at Rainer’s home during our trip to Munich. The property is spacious, newly renovated, and beautifully furnished with a warm, inviting interior that made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the large, well-maintained backyard—our kids absolutely loved playing there, and it provided a perfect space for us to relax. The home is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with easy access to scenic walking trails, which we enjoyed exploring as a family. There was also plenty of parking space available, which made things very convenient. Rainer was a wonderful host—attentive, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and offered great local recommendations. Overall, this was a truly enjoyable and comfortable stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend Rainer’s home to anyone visiting Munich and surrounding area.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house, which is just a 25-minute drive from the center of Munich. The location was perfect for us – quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to the city to enjoy all that Munich has to offer. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and we especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. The hosts were fantastic – very pleasant, responsive, and helpful. They answered our questions quickly and made sure we had all the information we needed. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient base near Munich. We would be happy to stay here again!

A lovely place to stay. We loved spending time on the patio and looking out at the beautiful view. Lots of space to relax in. All the bedrooms are stunning and spacious. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Munich.

Although our recent trip to Bavaria included castles, amazing cuisine and incredible sights, one of our fondest and most special memories will forever be meeting Hubertus and Jennifer. You will not find two more caring, more thoughtful hosts and our stay at their cottage was absolutely wonderful. The love and warmth they put into their cottage is self evident and reflects in almost every detail of their home. From the handwritten welcome note and bottle of wine we received on arrival to their recommendations and helpful tips as we navigated the surrounding areas, we felt as though we were staying with old friends and were looked after with such special attention and care. My husband and I feel so grateful to have met them and could not recommend others to book a stay at their cottage strongly enough. Thank you again for everything! It truly was a perfect stay :)

our family had a really great time staying at Madsen's place. though walking to the train station takes around 10-15mins but it was an easy walk with nice greeneries and houses to look at. The apartment had everything from soya sauce for cooking to playmobil and Lego to keep the kids entertained. our kids love the place very much. it is a really spacious and well thought out apartment. lastly, Madsen has been a really really great and thoughtful host, will definitely recommend people to stay on his properties!

After traveling through the UK for 10 days (staying in hotels), Achim's beautiful home was just what my family of 4 (with 2 adult children) needed. House was spacious, lots of natural light, and super clean and comfortable. We were visiting family in Haimhausen and it was a quick 5 minute drive. Munich airport was an easy 20 mins away. The host went out of their way to make sure to greet us upon arrival to show us how everything worked and thoughtfully left some things for us to eat/drink. Will definitely be staying here again when we visit Bavaria!

Very nice apartment with everything you need. Balcony in an enchanting setting with horses in the fields. Well located, close enough to the airport without any disturbances and close to Munich. Easy parking. Very helpful people.

Nothing to complain about. We stayed with 4 people. All was fine. Kinda liked it there was some coffee and tea for the mornings. Thanks veronika!

Schnucklige Wohnung in Grünen. Sehr gepflegt, sauber und alles da was man braucht. Sehr zu empfehlen !

a perfect stay! just the right size for a solo traveler and very close to public transport so it was easy to get around the city. great to have iron and blow dryer in the apartment and the little candies were a nice touch. would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!!

Es waren ein paar wunderschöne Tage! Susanne und ihr Mann sind freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit und versuchen alles möglich zu machen - auch wenn es eine Taschenlampe für die Bergbesteigung nachts ist.. 😁👍🏻 Vielen lieben Dank noch einmal dafür! Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt! Der einzige Nachteil ist das fehlende Kochfeld, aber für die paar Tage konnten wir uns gut damit arrangieren und gegessen wurde eben auf einer Almhütte. 😋

Eine wunderschöne, top saubere, liebevoll eingerichtete und gestaltete Wohnung, neuwertig und modern. Ein Mitreisender gab direkt an, dass er in dieser Wohnung einziehen würde. Wie beschrieben war die Wohnung auch sehr zentral gelegen. Bäcker, Restaurants und Eisdiele sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar, bzw. direkt vor der Tür. Die berühmte Therme in Erding erreicht man in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto. Ganz herausragend waren aber die absolut fürsorglichen, sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber. Auf Nachrichten wurde umgehend reagiert. So gut versorgt habe ich mich bislang noch in keiner Ferienwohnung gefühlt.

Schönes Souterrain-Appartement in ruhiger und sicherer Umgebung. Exzellente Küchenausstattung. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

When I booked I knew very little about Munich. But this apartment looked comfortable and maybe near where I wanted to be. I was really happy to find the location was walkable to lots of places - English Garden, high end shops and affordable ones, and I really liked walking along the Isar River after dinner. There are tram stops and subway stations nearby so I only used cab/Uber once in 4 days. The apartment is just as listed. It was clean and comfortable. I had a question before my visit, and one while I was there, and Peter got back to me right away. I would easily stay there again.

Wir nehmen die besten Erinnerungen aus unserem 1 wöchigen Aufenthalt in der wunderschönen und perfekt eingerichteten Ferienwohnung mit. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen, entspricht genau der Beschreibung und sieht noch schöner aus als auf den Bildern. Rainer ist ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber, der immer bei Fragen erreichbar ist. Außerdem fanden wir sein zur Verfügung gestelltes Infomaterial perfekt. Wir haben alles sehr sauber vorgefunden und der Blick vom Balkon in das satte Grün ist selbst bei Regen schön. Die Region mit einer Vielzahl an gut ausgeschilderten Wanderwegen eignet sich perfekt für Aktivurlaub auf der einen und Entschleunigung auf der anderen Seite. Der Schliersee ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch der Bäcker sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine super Zeit. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Ein absoluter Glücksgriff! Danke für Alles! Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Ich hatte eine wunderbare Zeit bei Sarah! Die Unterkunft war genauso schön wie auf den Bildern – sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Man merkt sofort, dass Sarah sich große Mühe gibt, ihren Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Die Kommunikation war freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Die Lage war ebenfalls top – sehr ruhig, aber trotzdem sehr gut angebunden. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme sehr gerne wieder.

Das Vogelgezwitscher weckt dich morgens und den ersten Kaffe trinkst du auf dem Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne während im Teich das Wasser plätschert. Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in Johannas grünen Oase. Die Wohnung ist chic eingerichtet mit tollen Farben und geschmackvoller Deko. Auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet - Scharfe Messer und gut erhaltene Utensilien. Arbeiten funktioniert mit dem vorhandenen WLAN die meiste Zeit. In München ist man mit dem Auto in unter 30min.

Great apartment 6 min walk to Marienplatz and everything else. Very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. This was our second time there. Lemlem allowed an early check in which was extremely helpful and organized a really early taxi to the airport also extremely helpful. If was to go to M again I would stay here.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die kleine Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und es ist wunderbar ruhig. Sauber und angenehm eingerichtet. Und obwohl das Bett ausklappbar ist, haben wir wunderbar darin geschlafen! Die Kommunikation mit den beiden war sehr gut und nett und die beiden haben uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Einziges worauf man sich einstellen muss ist, dass Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß eher weiter weg sind. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Das beste Premium Budget AirBnB: das ist die beste Wohnung in der Nähe von München und Umgebung für ein faires Budget. Für zwei Personen, die ein Auto haben, perfekte Wahl. (Mit Auto 35 min/mit ÖPNV 1h 15 min nach München) Es ist wirklich ein fairer Deal, der für alle jungen flexiblen Menschen für längere aber in meinem Fall auch kürzere Trips perfekt ist. Ich bedanke mich jetzt schon mal für alles und ganz klar ist es nicht mein letztes Mal hier 😉
