WELCOME TO OUR MID-CENTURY WINDHAM ART HOUSE WITH A LUXURIOUS YEAR-ROUND HOT TUB, OUTDOOR SEASONAL SWIMMING POOL, WALL-TO-WALL FIREPLACE, CUSTOM BAR, 2.7 ACRES OF LAND WITH A PRIVATE CREEK, AND MORE!
This gorgeous five bedroom 2.5 bath home of nearly 3,000 sq ft offers so much: NATURE and PRIVACY, beautiful nature, a creek, giant trees, RELAX and ENTERTAINMENT, swimming pool, hot tub, fireplace, bar, grill, Smart TVs, original ART, PREMIUM bedding & toiletries. True and rare Catskills treat.
The space
OUTDOORS: A wide driveway leads you to our beautiful, custom-made, authentic mid-century house with cedar siding and a flawless floor plan! There are hammocks for relaxation, mature trees, wild birds chirping, and calming greenery all around! The back patio offers a 48-foot vast swimming pool open from May to October, a 6-person premium hot tub open year-round, a stainless steel grill, an outdoor dining table and coffee table with couches, and sun loungers.
INDOORS:
A welcoming front porch and foyer with a large coat closet for our guests leads to the first-floor queen-size bedroom with a reclining bed frame and a high-end mattress - convenient for people who don't want to do stairs. The solid wood mid-century kitchen is huge with brand new Samsung SMART Stainless Steel appliances - a dishwasher, a double fridge with an ice maker for four types of ice, a SMART gas oven with AIR FRYER, a programmable coffee machine, and a microwave. Toaster mini oven, juice maker, Cuisinart food processor, kitchen island with a cutting board, and a lovely patio view. We provide our guests with spices, ceramic pots and pans, sugar creamers, tea, and all the basics. The surrounding nature will make you feel relaxed and rejuvenated. There are casual and formal dining rooms that seat 14 people in total. The formal dining area features a complete Burlington Home Furniture solid wood dining set and a glamorous copper chandelier. The patio has a gas grill as well. Two living rooms offer a completely different feel. "The Den" is all wood-enclosed and features a wall-to-wall wood-burning cast iron fireplace, a custom-made bar with a mini-fridge and ice machine, leather sofas, a "Lazy Boy," large mid-century coffee table and a 70-inch brand smart Samsung TV. There is also a workstation in this room for your business needs. The sliding doors of "The Den" lead to the patio with our hot tub and stunning mountain views. The second living room, "The French Salon," features original mid-century furniture, a 50-inch smart TV, board games, and our growing library. Jump back and relax among high-end mid-century furniture - mahogany tables, gracious couches, and various seating areas.

Our master suite is generously sized with full-set mid-century solid wood furniture, seating areas, a walk-in closet, an en-suite master bathroom with heated floors, and a tub.
The third bedroom has bunk beds (full and single) and a twin XL bed and sleeps a total of four people; right next to it is our queen-sized bedroom in violet tones with two windows and beautiful views, and there is one more full-sized bedroom on this floor - all bedrooms upstairs have ample closet space, dressers, premium bamboo bedding and everything needed for your comfort. There is a second bathroom upstairs as well. The upstairs bedrooms are decorated with artwork by NYC-based artist Mark Millene. They are available for sale at promotional prices for our guests. All toiletries are 100% Vegan, cruelty-free, and paraben/sulfate-free.
The house is located on gorgeous 2.7 acres of park-like land with a creek, beautiful mature trees, and beautiful nature all around you! We pride ourselves as an ECO property and source our water from a private well - this is the most pristine, natural, and "live" water you can find. Our land borders 180 acres of undeveloped state-owned lands, and the NYC watershed offers unparalleled privacy and contact with nature. The night sky is full of stars, and you can see the Milky Way on a clear night.

Guests may not check-in, bring, or "invite" additional people to sleep at the house beyond the number of people declared on the official Airbnb reservation. If you show up to the house with more people than you are declared on the official reservation, we will a) notify Airbnb) cancel your reservation, c) reserve the right to involve local Law Enforcement, including the Greene County Sheriff's Department of the New York State Police, as appropriate to have you escorted off the property immediately. You will not get a refund. As disclosed on the listing, there are outdoor security cameras for check-in purposes; you cannot fool those cameras - so don't try. If you need to update the number of people in your party, call, text, or message us in ADVANCE of your stay so we can prepare the house accordingly. Moving furniture around the house is NOT ALLOWED.
