Welcome to our luxurious high-end condominium in the picturesque La Playas area of Tijuana is just south of San Diego. This exclusive private floor offers a breathtaking 180-degree ocean view. With 3 step security safety is the last thing to worry about. Decorated with exquisite furniture including a down-cloud couch for the ultimate comfort and pleasure.

The space
You take the elevator up to the 6th floor and the entire floor is yours. 3 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths. The view is breathtaking.

We have a a beautiful pool and jacuzzi but there is a caveat please see our HOA Rules. There is a jacuzzi and pool on the lowest level where the gym is located. There is a protocol for the use of it. Friday and Saturday the use is free. You need to arrange with the person at the front desk to turn it on. It takes about 2 hours to heat the jacuzzi. To heat the pool or jacuzzi Sunday through Thursday there is a fee of 1400 pesos for the pool and 600 pesos for the jacuzzi. If you choose to use the pool or jacuzzi during non free days you will pay the person in pesos who turns on the pool or jacuzzi.
