Welcome to your charming and peaceful retreat in a serene, wooded setting. Our home is designed for comfort and relaxation for up to 10 guests.

Living Area: An open-concept space invites you to gather around the cozy stone fireplace. The area is filled with bright, natural light and includes a large TV and board games for entertainment.
Kitchen & Dining: A well-stocked kitchen with a dining bar is perfect for preparing and sharing meals.
Bedrooms: Comfortable beds ensure a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring.
Outdoor Space: Relax and unwind in the private outdoor hot tub, a guest favorite, while surrounded by nature.
Bathrooms: Please note the jets in the bathroom's 50-gallon Jacuzzi tub are not functional, but it serves as a luxurious soaking tub. The outdoor hot tub is fully operational.
Laundry: A washer and dryer are available in the basement for your use.

Guest access
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home and the surrounding property. Enjoy full use of all amenities listed, including the house, yard, and outdoor hot tub. The only exception is the garage, which is locked and not available for guest use.

To ensure a smooth and secure stay, please note the following:

Pre-Arrival Requirements: After booking, you will receive a link to our secure guest portal to complete a few quick steps:
1. A quick ID verification for insurance purposes.
2. A digital signature on our rental agreement and house rules.
3. A refundable $300 security deposit authorization (this is a hold, a charge for last-minute bookings).
4. A liability waiver for all adult guests who plan to use the outdoor hot tub.

Reporting Issues: Please inspect the home upon arrival and report any pre-existing issues within 24 hours of check-in. If any problems arise during your stay, contact us immediately so we can resolve them. Issues not reported in a timely manner may not be eligible for a refund.

Laundry: A washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Please note that we do not supply laundry detergent, though some may be available from previous guests.
