The space
Enjoy your own private Caribbean retreat inside the gated Casa Linda community. This comfortable 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath villa features a private pool, spacious outdoor living area, full kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and plenty of room to relax. Both bedrooms offer privacy and comfort, making the villa ideal for couples, families or friends traveling together. Enjoy your morning by the pool, explore nearby Sosúa and Cabarete, then return to your own private space to unwind.

Guests have private access to the entire villa, including the private pool and outdoor living areas. Casa Linda is a gated community with controlled entry. Your personal front-door access code and check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival. Complimentary Casa Linda shuttle service is also available for convenient transportation within the local area.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in is at 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM.

GUESTS: The price does not change based on the number of registered guests, up to the villa’s maximum occupancy.

FREE SHUTTLE: Casa Linda provides complimentary scheduled shuttle service 7 days a week to select areas of Sosúa and Cabarete.

NEARBY: Grocery stores and pharmacies are approximately 5 minutes away. Sosúa beaches and restaurants are about 5 minutes away, with Cabarete approximately 10 minutes away.

CASA LINDA AMENITIES: Guests have access to community amenities including the waterpark, playground, mini-golf, tennis/pickleball courts, restaurant, poolside bar/grill, Welcome Center, shuttle service and scheduled community activities.

BBQ: A grill is available for guest use. Please clean it after use.
