Weldon's Tropical Retreat is a private pool villa in Sosúa, Dominican Republic located in the secure Casa Linda gated community. This modern 2-bedroom Caribbean villa is perfect for couples, families, and remote workers seeking comfort, relaxation, and easy access to beaches, restaurants, and nightlife. Located just 15 minutes from Puerto Plata Airport (POP), 5 minutes from Sosúa Beach, and 15 minutes from Cabarete Beach on the beautiful North Coast.

The space
You can actually see our property once you come through main gate on Casa Linda. If you look slightly to the left, you will see a blue tint around the pool glass.

Guest access
You will receive an access code to the front door one week prior to your arrival.

ELECTRICITY:
Electricity is included for stays of 1–6 nights.
For stays of 7 nights or longer, usage will be measured from the 7th day through check-out and charged at DOP $17.24 per kWh/ U.S. 0.27 cents per kWh/, based on the meter readings.

* AIRPORT TRANSFERS: The airport is 20-minutes away. Please contact us and we can arrange a taxi for you. The cost is approx. $30 US.

* FREE SHUTTLE BUS: The shuttle runs 7/days per week on a set schedule to neighboring towns /beaches of Sosua and Cabarete. Very easy to get around and back home again.
* SHOPPING/GROCERIES/PHARMACIES: Several stores are 5 minutes away.
* BEACHES/RESTAURANTS: Also only a 5-minute drive to Sosua, or a 10-minute drive to Cabarete.
* ONSITE AMENITIES: Our waterpark (kids & adults), playground. mini-golf, tennis/pickleball court, restaurant, pool side bar/grill, Welcome Center, shuttle bus, and onsite events are all available to make your vacation fun, relaxing, and memorable.
* BBQ: Please feel free to use the bbq, we ask that you leave it clean.
* SMOKING is restricted to outdoor living area only
